This property should not be an option very dirty and not maintained at ALL! Horrible experience.

Sketchy property! Terrible upkeep! The property smells and is very outdated. Could feel the springs in the mattresses and the pillows are terrible.

The staff were nice but the property was not super well maintained.

Appliances are good to take care of your needs. Moderate cleaning and comfort which is reasonable compared to the price.

Bottom line, I would not stay at this motel again because the motel didn’t meet my expectations. What I received as a customer was not worth paying for.

There was no internet during check in which I waited almost an hour to do on Thursday. I had to go across the street after standing in line all that time to be at the end of the line. Had to go back to the Extended Stay to get the room which I had got 3 days. The remote did not work so I had to change the channel manually my entire stay. The replacement remote didn't work. The water pressure was low and made an annoying squealing noise. They had no towels or washcloths etc.

Rude staff room wasn’t clean I checked out the next day and still was charged for 2 nights

Staff was welcoming, and room was clean. Hotel was in close proximity of the destination. Main reason to choos was to have kitchen and utencils, but utensils were missing from room and those we got from hotel was not upto the standard.

Breakfast was terrible, a muffin, granola bars, coffee was empty, oatmeal packs were available. The hallway was dirty, had things on the floor, their was an odd smell, their were fingerprints all over all the signs and pictures in the lobby and it looked very dirty. The floor was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were super wrinkled. I was charged 2 times for the room and they wouldn’t give me proof that they refunded my card

Musty smells throughout. Towels were rough in texture. Front desk manager was confused about understanding English.

Cabinets were falling apart, swipe card had issues They said they are changing their locks and gonna soon renovate the place. Breakfast was grab and go .. muffins, energy bars , coffee. Average place for a night stay.

The Shinagawa Prince Hotel was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean and offered incredible convenience, making it easy to access all the major attractions. We truly loved our stay and had a fantastic time

Pros Parking, neat bathroom and clean room. For one night stay I will take it, but clients coming with family will have difficulty staying here.

Coffe pot was empty. Location was fine. Chairs were stained. Mattress was old and leaned down towards the head. Had to sleep upside down. Pillow2s were horrible. Walls were very thin.

Clean, comfortable, reasonable pet fee. Close to the highway. Pretty spacious kitchen area and full sized fridge. Less than 30 minutes from Cuyahoga National Park. Kitchenware was not in unit although available not having anything readily available was inconvenient, no ice bucket, blinds didn't work well, was disconnected at one end so they wouldn't close completely letting loud of light in front the parking lot. Traffic noise was very loud.
