I didn’t like this hotel at all. The pictures do not match what the actual room looks like. They have old worn out furniture in the room and the bathroom is disgusting. They need to revamp this entire hotel.

It was loud, toilet was leaking, Room had obvious damage, including hole punched in wall. The sheets were not clean, the shower curtain was falling off the wall. We could hear people upstairs, rolling things across the floor at one in the morning. Workers seem nice, but I cannot say I would ever go there again and have marked it in my notes as something not to rebook.

I just had coffee. The area was clean. The toilet was broken in the room, it looks like it has been broken for some time too. Bathroom could have been cleaner too. Also 2 towels? Most women use 2 towels per shower! I ordered 2 rooms with king beds, only one room had a king bed! I will not be staying at your hotel ever again! Your staff was also clueless at checking in guests! It sounded like someone was trying to kick a door in at 2:45 am!! This went on for hours! Just a horrible stay!

My kids had fun playing badminton outside. I like their patio area. Bedsheets are stained and moldy. Sink is not working well. Curtain rod is broken. Bathroom smells mold. No microwave in the room Or by the breakfast area and the breakfast sucks. Also the refrigerator is dirty and moldy.

the breakfast was ok on variety the spa tub was disappointed on looks as was stained. I wouldn't use it.

The location was ideal for the purpose of my visit and the close by restaurants were very convenient. The bathtub/jacuzzi/shower, undesirable for use due to condition. The hallways and exit stairwells/carpets and exits were like musty ashtrays. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so this was not pleasant. The breakfast bar did not have any protein options. It would be nice to include yogurt, hardboiled eggs and maybe peanut butter.

All good

The staff was rude. The rooms weren’t clean. The bedding was stained. The tub was dirty. The room was very dusty, and the carpet in the hallways has a odor. the bathrooms in the rooms weren’t clean and the staff did nothing about it. Also, the bedding had stains from months ago on them.

Room was cleaned, large and very comfortable. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub.

Drunk and addicts are plaguing the rooms and making huge noises in the nights. We couldn’t sleep even for a bit. Quality of guests

Disappointing

Shower curtains were torn, mix-matched hangers, some were broken

We stayed several nights. Despite an 11 a.m. checkout (12 p.m. for Platinum), loud housekeeping started around 8 a.m. Twice, when we had extended our stay, the front desk woke us up with aggressive knocking, apparently unaware that we’d rebooked. Sleeping in was impossible thanks to the staff’s lack of communication and organization. On top of that, we bought Wyndham Rewards points for a free night, but they never posted. Our money was tied up until the refund cleared, so we couldn’t book the room we wanted. Bottom line: the lacking maintenance, rude service, and numerous inconveniences greatly outweighed the positives. Management needs to improve cleaning protocols, checkout etiquette and implement a response plan for power outage. Until then, I can’t recommend.

Nothing at all. Location wasn’t bad but the room and atmosphere was very uncomfortable. The jetted tub was disgusting with soil stains and no chance that I would even stand in it for a shower. Room smelled of smoke. Uncomfortable bed. I left after half a day and checked in another hotel. Did not feel safe or comfortable at hotel.
