Overpriced, no microwaves or room service despite there being multiple restaurants on site. The couch in our room was covered in red stains and they only give you one complimentary bottle of water.

The style of the hotel was very unique. Never have stayed at a hotel so clean and modern. Nice place. I will be back.

I wish there were more breakfast items on the menu , but other than that it was perfect..

The staff was so sweet. We loved every encounter we had. The breakfast room service gets zero stars. We paid $50 for terrible food. The $20 French toast was burnt. All the food arrived in a box and was cold when we got it. The bacon was also burnt, and you could see through it. It was that precooked bacon. I can’t believe they gave us that. The portions were small. The potatoes were undercooked, and we got one slice of toast. We spent $1800 at this hotel over the weekend on food, drinks, and our room, and it was not worth all the hype—especially that breakfast. No one should be treated like that, regardless of the exuberant amount we paid. Our room wasn’t very clean either. The walls had stuff splashed all over them by the bed. I found blood on my blankets and I know we didn’t put it there. I noticed it after we slept there.

I know this was out of there control- but the wedding group was really rude to other guests- leaving their crap everywhere in the hotel and just being generally loud and rude. It would have been a perfect stay except for this. I dont blame the staff- someone in management should have seen the surge coming and done something about it.

The ONLY disappointing thing was they could not get the tv in the living area working. The tv in the bedroom worked and had to watch the cartoons/movies in our bedroom on the bed with my wife and the two grandchildren. The menu was pricey. Two steaks (New Strips) were $136 which included no sides. Again, overall experience was excellent. Conveniently, located across the street from COSI where we took our 3 year old grandson, and he had a blast! bernie

I’m a hotel snob and this hotel was excellent. Super clean, looked brand new and very pretty design. Food/drinks good. Staff was also super helpful.

The Junto is definitely a great find! It was close to the venue we were attending over the weekend. Staff were very friendly. The rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. This hotel’s use of “books” as a way to provide the check was very clever!!! We even received a book that guests had written in and enjoyed reading all of the comments and messages! What a great experience to give your guests! Although our stay was good…there were quite a few “missed opportunities “ with this hotel. Upon check in, we had to ask the front desk for our complimentary drink (which is advertised on their website and included within the $20/day resort fee). The young gentleman at the desk kindly told us that there were no complimentary beverages. We had an opportunity to inquire with management and he said yes they do provide complimentary beverages but we’re out of tokens to hand out. It was a bit odd. Later that evening we wanted to head up to “The Secret Garden” and the Brass Eye. We had asked if there were any available seats for the Secret Garden and were told no… it was something we had to book on “Open Table”. We understood and proceeded to visit the bar inside. We then noticed there were only a few couples out in the Secret Garden so we checked on Open Table and ended up booking a reservation 15 minutes later. Again, we found this as another missed opportunity for business. The following evening while we had a drink at the bar, we overheard guests asking for the outdoor fireplaces to be turned on as well as the inside one. They only turned on the inside one. Again, we felt this was another missed opportunity for exceptional hospitality.

The Junto is an independently owned hotel and you can tell. It is beautiful! Absolutely warm and inviting, from the decor to construction elements. I wanted to hang out in the lobby more than I have ever wanted to elsewhere. We did however spend most of our time in the rooftop bar/restaurant! The rooms are lovely with not your typical decor and tile in the bathroom. So warm and cozy!!! The staff we encountered were all sweet and helpful. And we weren't able to use the free bikes, scooters, kayaks, checkers etc that were available for use, although we wish we had more time! I don't think I will stay in any other hotel while in Columbus moving forward! Thank you for a great stay!
