The wifi in this hotel was subpar at best. Perhaps the hotel was not ready for an entire convention's worth of people in attendance, but we had three guests in our room with a total of five phones and three laptops, and at best we could get one or two items connected to the wifi. This is unacceptable.

Property, location and amenities were great they hit my largest pet peave! The king room deluxe was unavailable when I checked in which was reserved through Expedia a week in advance. Sent us to a small queen room at first and we had to go back. Then told all sold out but was able to find a double queen. That worked but a reservation is a reservation. The has heppened to me/us twice before and always with 3rd party sites like Expedia and Hotels. Never happens when booking directly with the hotel. Maybe lesson learned here and just alway book directly but use Expedia as the search engine.

The room was clean and comfortable. We got upgraded for free because they needed room for the flight attendants. The bar was very nice and we enjoyed the food.

Room was clean and perfect for what we needed. The bar and lounge was a perfect spot to get ready with your party but not feel rushed or in the way!

Only other issue was it felt like some areas were cleaner than others. As well as the room having a peculiar smell. Overall comfortable with the stay.

Great place to stay. Nice hotel, very clean & staff were friendly & professional. Very nice room. Bed was very comfortable. The bar & restaurant is very nice as well. Great bartenders! Would definitely stay here again.

We also enjoyed Vine and Forge, the restaurant there. The staff were excellent, the food was great, and the bar/restaurant area had great atmosphere. It was also very convenient to be able to dine within the Hotel. Christian our waiter our last evening provided great service, had very good recommendations, and was very enjoyable to talk with. Thanks to everyone at Sonesta for making a family gathering such an enjoyable experience.

Dirty room, construction happening right outside our window - men on the scaffolding, dirty couch, bed.
