We were only there for a night but we got an upgraded room with a connected kitchen area and living space. It was a pleasant surprise and we most definitely will be coming back and booking a room like the one we had.

It's a massive hotel, but the it's clean, staff is great, solid location, and has a dedicated floor for dining or morning coffee worth visiting.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby and hallways of the hotel were clean. The Cafe and restaurant located inside the hotel were good. They had to switch my room TWICE when I checked in due to a heavy cigarette smell. They young lady was very helpful, but that was a little frustrating. The iron in my room didnt work properly and spit out rust on my pants and the cord would not snap back into the iron. The mattress was NOT comfortable and when I pulled back the covers and pillows, there was a ball of hair. Honestly, the long hot shower was the best and only thing that room had to offer.

This hotel was the best I've stayed in Columbus yet. It is centrally located, easy to find, easy to use, has a great staff, is incredibly clean and well-designed. The best part: they had the WNBA games on in the lobby without prompting! No lines at check-in, easy parking, elevators, food delivery system, great rooms with ample space, temperature control, and comfortable beds. This will be my new go-to spot when arriving in Columbus.

This is one of the most impressive hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing. In particular Maya and Karris at the front (registration) desk and Taylor and Ann (restaurant) were superb! Truly cannot say enough about the pleasant stay. Thank you Hyatt Regency Columbus!

Great location in Columbus, attached to the Convention Center, and N. High Street is full of good restaurants. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great gym.
