Breakfast needs improvement

Room was spacious. AC was great. Breakfast was minimal. Eggs cold one day. Runny next. Behind a Waffle House tho!

It was tolerable. Could have been cleaner. Mattress and box spring covers had stains but weren't filthy. Room didnt look like it had been swept and mopped. It was ok enough for two nights considering I only slept and showered there. Breakfast was not hot and only barely warm but the waffles where good.

The AC didn’t work and was so loud, it was very hot in the room. The elevator was dirty and sketchy. The rooms and bathroom were run down, hair in bathtub, room smelled like a dog had stayed there. Worst Quality Inn we have ever stayed at and it’s not even close.

Asked for an extra pillow at check-in and was told they had none just extra sheets. Noticed the moment we stepped off the elevator the hall smelled like cigarette smoke as did our room. This is supposed to be a smoke free facility, they even have cleaning prices listed that you’ll be charged if you do smoke. Our ENTIRE room floor had not been swept. I called the front desk and asked for a sweeper. The gentleman brought one up and we swept the room ourselves. Turned the television on and the remote was broken so we couldn’t change channels or turn it off. We unplugged it and called for help. While waiting I unmade the bed to prepare to get in. Our bedding was filthy, had dirt and other stains on both sheets, the blanket and comforter. We showed the gentleman when he got into our room and asked for clean bedding. I told him I’d be happy to change it myself if he’d bring the clean items. He stated the hotel did not have extra bedding. They only had enough for the number of beds they had. We were confused as he had just told us they don’t have extra pillows just extra bedding. It was the worst! Had it not been as late as it was we would have left. We ended up canceling our second night and moving hotels. We got our money back from our third party booking app. We came to town for The Memorial Golf Tournament. Booking. Com had given it nice reviews. I don’t want anyone else to get stuck staying without knowing how it really is.

This hotel has seen better days. From the toilet that needed manual intervention to flush, the threadbare towels, and the cracked toilet seat, there were so many “yucks”. However we stayed one night and didn’t have real problems. The desk staff was efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was cold and the microwave didn’t work, but there were waffles. Not their fault but the man passed out on the sidewalk of the motel across the road was a bit of local color we didn’t need to experience.

Check in went fine, the room was nothing special and it looked like our room was still being painted or just needed to have the final finishing touches. The room was dark enough to sleep in but you could hear outside noises easily as a couple of motorcycles pulled in later that night. The included breakfast was the worst part for us. The cereal was extremely stale, the mini muffins tasted weird, the orange juice came out clear and the "hot" foods were lukewarm at best. We ended up getting breakfast sandwiches at Buccee's.

Very poor! Super dirty and broken stuff in the bedroom and bathroom, bed sheets has stains. No soap in the bathroom!! and the bathroom doesn't have hanger to hang your cloth, I just ended up putting them on the floor to take a shower.

This is “place” is sandwiched between a cheap motel and a Waffle House restaurant and is dark, dingy and very outdated. It’s was extremely overpriced for the poor quality. We arrived late and there were very sketchy people hanging around the outside of the place. The bed and the pillows were somewhat comfortable, or maybe we were just very overtired when we arrived. I woke up early the next morning and found several cockroaches in the bathroom. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I was so grossed out. I left immediately without even showering or eating breakfast there. When I checked out, the gentleman just apologized and said he would “tell the housekeeper” but offered me no refund or compensation.

Clean room . Nice friendly staff

The night staff was on cell phone and didn't even look up when came in. The cleaning staff entered the room at 8am and woke us up. There was none to refill the breakfast items and not much left at 815,

I liked that it was right next to a Waffle House so we could eat there any time of day. The hotel cleaning staff was really friendly and the hotel seemed pretty quiet. It was a decent place for what we paid. The free breakfast was the same food everyday and is never changed up so it got old pretty fast. We also happened to book during a busy weekend and the hotel was running out of parking so we had to park at the nearby motel almost every night. It was a close distance so it wasn't too bad but was strange that they only had limited parking.

Never ended up staying there. Got an email at noon of my confirmed reservation day saying my reservation was canceled. It said it was canceled due to customer’s request. I never requested the cancellation. I had booked through Hotels.com. I contacted them and they tried to call Columbus Hilliard but no one answered the phone at the hotel. Hotels.com was able to book another hotel room in the same area. Unfortunately, it was a sub par establishment.

Location, clean room, breakfast needs a little more options, but, overall a great stay. N/A

There was a stain on our blanket and the toilet was cracked and some other stains in bathroom.

Waffle house next door. Clean rooms, kind helpful desk people. Breakfast was not great, but there's close options instead. Bed pillows were kind of odd. Like 5 small pillows versus 4 regular sized pillows.
