Nice atmosphere. Nice location. There were nasty sheets on our sofa bed and the staff didn't seem to care when I addressed the issue. The pool area was so hot. It felt like a sauna.

We did use the outdoor grill, which was a nice feature to our stay. I had to find a spatula because there were none outside in the grill area. The trash was overflowing outside as well. Whit claw cans were all over the grilling area. I did do laundry, but the first washing machine was broken, so I had to go to the front desk to get my money back and then switch washing machines. The dryer took two full cycles before it actually dried my clothes. So, double the money to use the dryer. I noticed the windows, elevator doors and walls were really dirty and never seemed to get wiped down. You could spot dirt in the corners of the hallways, and our hallway trash cans were overflowing for 2 days. Pizza boxes were left in the hallway as well. The staff was nice and helpful, but I can't understand why there were no one cleaning anything. There was also no linens for the pull-out couch.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and had all needed amenities. I felt very safe and welcome. It was very quiet as well. Definitely recommend! The ONLY negative thing is the bed hurt my back. I have spine problems however I am aware that not every mattress will accommodate my back issues.

Location was ok but road noise was bothersome at times. Limited staff and no housekeeping the 3 days we spent there. Had to get everything we needed from front desk all 3 days. Breakfast was ok but had much better at other Hilton properties.

Booked 2 rooms under my name. Yet the rooms were on different floors. Wasn’t happy about that at all.

I liked that this hotel sat back from a very busy Polaris Parkway and away from the mall traffic but still found it close to the restaurants and highway easy access. The pool was open later than we expected, so we took advantage of some swim time. The area where breakfast is served was a bit cramped but there was plenty of seating.

The arrangement of the room with the kitchenette and living room made this an ideal place for us during our almost two week search for housing. It was quiet. Having breakfast with good options was such a great help!
