This property definitely has roaches

My food went bad over night. The refrigerator went out. And no reimbursement. My tv kept going out. The room phone didn’t work. And every time we would go to the front desk no one could help or there wasn’t any kind of compensation. It was just one thing after the other. And I paid a nice penny to stay for 2 weeks.

Staff was very helpful! We did have to get separated from our group bc a double room wasnt clean for us.

Surprised that there wasn't a television in the room. Not sure if that applies to the entire property, but I did see a guest bring one inside the building for his own room. My particular room looked liked an unfinished potential update. On the other hand the staff was far friendlier than other places I've stayed.

So, I put the key in a Dropbox because the office was completely shutdown. Drop window blinders at office window.

Staff was SUPER nice. Property looks under remo which is a good thing because they are making things better. Room space was ok for me but it doesnt feel as clean as you might want.

Roach infested and decided it was a great idea to have their parking lot replaced on the busiest day of a large music festival so very few patrons had places to park.

Nicotine stains running down the walls, a door that didn’t lock (we had to ask to move to another room), water got shut off to the building for a number of hours (they said it would only be 1 hour), mold coming through and around extremely old seals around bath tub, cockroaches were all over our room after being switched, and the office hours are ridiculous (only 11am-7pm Mon- Sat & closed Sunday’s). Do not stay here. -4/10 would never stay here again or anywhere near it

Clean good suite with stove n kitchen but prices could be lower

Kitchenette had working microwave, refrigerator and stove. Stove was NOT cleaned, refrigerator and microwave cleaned excellently. No trash bins, and you have to bring your own garbage bags, food left in cupboards and was rotted. Holes in bathroom door and patched holes that needed painting in the main walls. Beds were comfy an clean and so were the linens. Couldn’t watch TV as the remote didnt have batteries.

This hotel we'll cancel your reservation if you are not there by 7 PM. When the office supposedly closes with no warning, no email or notification of any kind. I showed up in my reservation was canceled without any notice and they had no rooms left!

Oh, yeah, THERE WAS A ROACH CRAWLING IN THE BED. I left before finishing my single night stay...

The room had a small, uncomfortable bed. When I came back to the building on my first night, a maintenance person had a mop bucket coming back presumably from cleaning up a water situation. The next morning, I had a water situation in the unit I was in. I checked out a day early due to this. This place was a clean looking place with water issues.
