I would stay clear. This one was tremendously out-of date and the pictures were very deceiving. We cannot recommend it.

The room smelled real bad. The couch had cigarette burn holes on the arms. Black marks on wall by the stove. The toilet moved when you sat on it. I tried to get my money back but was denied. Will not stay there ever again.

This was the most disappointing Hotels.com stay we've ever had. The exterior of the building looked a bit run down, but I was sure we'd get a room that looked like the pictures. NOPE. The floors were dirty. The bed was not king size. The kitchen cabinets were all in various stages of broken. There were no cookware or anything to eat with in the kitchen...which I found odd for an extended stay brand. The toilet had tape on it, the shower appears to have broken at some point. All of the countertops had burn marks. All of the ceilings had been patched over in various spots. There was a dirty fireplace. The bedding seemed to have little bits of fabric/lint all over it. This is the first time we were concerned with encountering bed bugs. We didn't bother with breakfast, assuming the state of the breakfast area was akin to our room. The lady checking us in was nice. She asked if we were going to smoke in the room-we were not, but the room smelled very strongly of smoke. The lady checking me out was not very friendly. We will never stay at a Wyndham brand again.

While Hotels.com did process a refund, the situation caused significant inconvenience, as we had to scramble to find alternate accommodations at the last minute. This was extremely disappointing. Additionally, after checking out of the Friday rooms and returning briefly following our event, one member of our party realized he had left a Yeti cup in the room. The front desk attendant provided a key to re-enter the room, but the item was no longer there. When he returned to the desk, staff advised that nothing had been turned in and stated there was nothing further they could do. Unfortunately, it appears the item was taken during cleaning. Due to the multiple issues encountered—particularly the booking mishandling and lack of accountability—we will not be returning.

That room also had putrid smell. We again reported it. Tried airing the room out which didn’t help. I asked for a fan and was given a can of Febreeze. When we returned later the smell was so bad we left at 2 AM- could not sleep with that awful garbage/mildew smell Awful, horrible, do not stay. We would’ve gone somewhere else but literally no other hotels had rooms

Breakfast was guava juice or coffee (no orange juice), waffles, mini muffins, and little boxes of cereal. No yogurt, no protein, we had to find breakfast elsewhere.

Started off fine until I went to take a shower and there was no knob to turn it on. So at 630am I had to move to a new room. Then the couch was broken in the new room so that had to be replaced also. Just not a good two night stay.

This place was filthy, the breakfast was just butter biscuits, the property around was dirty as well. We were moved to this hotel after our original room was given up by Expedia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! Let’s not mention someone literally died here the night we stayed. There was a shooting outside our room and the victim unfortunately died. I did not feel safe here. It was a rough weekend to get through.
