The room was clean but the bathroom feels smaller than it is pictured online. The lady at the front desk was not only rude and short with me at check in, also when my 14 year old niece went downstairs to ask if they had change for a $20 bill for the vending machine. The vending machine was also very poorly stocked. The pool chlorine level was insane. A couple people in our group didn’t even go under water and their eyes were burning from the chlorine! The pool is also not heated well at all. I specifically called and asked if it was heated and they said yes which it is too cold be considered heated. I would recommend this hotel but check in online to avoid the hotel front desk staff and don’t stay here because of the pool.

Parking was easily available. Facility is within easy access to multiple gas stations, shopping centers, and restaurants.

It was just an overnight but the hotel was a good choice. First stop on our 2 week trip that served fresh cut fruit as a breakfast choice. The hotel was 15 minutes from the German Village area of Columbus where we had dinner. There were quite a few food choices in the hotel area. The hotel is on an access road near the highway. Depending on the time of day, getting out of the access road can be difficult.

Great place. Very pleasant employees and bed is super comfy! We stay there every time we visit Columbus.
