The rooms needed updating

I had a nice stay at Graduate by Hilton Columbus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central downtown, which made it convenient for getting around. My only downside was the parking, which was $40 per day, but otherwise it was a solid stay.

We grabbed a drink in the attached pub that was warm and comfortable while the rain came down. Played jenga and enjoyed the crowd. Only negative is parking which I traveled enough not suprised - options are valet for $40/day or self park in public parking garage which cost $33/day

The lobby was filthy and our room was just moderately cleaned. I really regretted booking at this hotel, but it was nonrefundable and we had to stay.

. The room was not comfortable for me. It was more than humid; damp is a better word. It got better as the night went on, so I think they didn’t turn on the A/C until shortly before I got there. The bed seemed too firm, although that is a personal preference. The A/C was really loud and my bed was vibrating from it.. There wasn’t any tea in the coffee set up, and the property didn’t even have black tea when I called and spoke with guest services- only chamomile
