The rooms are large snd comfortable. Clean and newer. Good bed and shower. Extensive breakfast.

All of the staff that we dealt with during our stay were kind and helpful, especially Natalia at the front desk.

The place was clean and had great breakfast No amenities like lotion, water, or mouthwash. You have to pay for it. The iron mess up dress guy putting spot on it. I had to wash my dress for a wedding.

Beautiful clean comfortable room. Staff were wonderful. Good location to walk to many restaurants and dance venues.

Side note: It's weird they keep the towels inside of the shower, the other towels on the rack were wet after one shower. And the elevator takes forever.

My only comments - there is not a restaurant or bar in the hotel that is advertised in the elevator, various spots in the hotel and online; it looked delicious but staff made it sound as though it didn’t exist and recommended another wonderful place that was super good! The INCLUDED breakfast is very up-scale; this is not necessarily a complaint, I traveled with my adult family so we loved it! However if you’re traveling with children/picky eater that might be an issue; they have cereals, donut holes. However, not your standard hotel waffle maker, pancakes, etc.

I wish your lobby area had a vessel containing ice water for your guests, especially since your area has such Dry weather.
