No pool, no breakfast, dirty room, loud, not a safe feeling, ceilkng has water damage in bathroom. Generally the worst hotel ever

I loved the stay and will book again.

There are no elevators (not a big deal to myself) and parking is actually insane. I lucked out by getting a spot close to my room...but only because I have a small car. Would I stay again? Maybe...but it's not a place I'd be super excited about.

Staff is very friendly. I love that the rooms are equipped with kitchens and are pet friendly.

I liked everything besides the staff coming into the room to clean. We didn't need it clean but they did let us know why they went into the room which is because we didn't leave the do not disturb tag on the door handle lol. But everything else was awesome.

Room filthy and in bad shape. No one speaks English. Just don't stay here.

Check in was perfect, the gentleman provided instructions his to get to room but also best place to park so I'd be next to my door. The restaurant on site has delicious options from Central America.

The staff is very nice and the hotel had very few roaches unfortunately they advertise for a pool and it didn't have it.

Locatio Door was ajar the bottom corner. I woke up to bugs crawling the counter by the sink
