The young lady at the front desk was very rude difficult to deal with. The room she gave me smell of urine and the shade didn't come down. After being moved to another room it was difficult for me to sleep ice machine and my refrigerator were too loud

It was clean for the most part. The water was barely like warm in the shower. The floor was dirty.

Not much The shower didn’t drain leaving me standing in dirty water. The ceiling sagged from water damage. The plaster on the walls flaked off

Room The noisy people above us stomping and slamming all night. Stayed two nights did not get much sleep. Hotel had many empty rooms around us but they put a family with 3 kids above our room. Nothing but stomp and slamming

Was supposed to be a non smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. No hot water in the bathroom sink. No kleenex in the room. Killed 3 cockroaches during our stay. Will not stay there again.

I don’t have any issues with the hotel but I do have issues with Expedia and the 2nd time in 3 weeks that the hotel had no record of my reservation, Expedia review my calls and contact with your staff , I give Expedia a 1 ⭐️ which has been very stressful on my part each time this happens
