We had a wonderful stay at the Glidden House. The hotel is charming, cozy, and impeccably clean, with so much character. The location felt very safe and was perfect for our visit to Cleveland. The breakfast was excellent, and what truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was phenomenal—from the front entrance team to the bar staff and breakfast service. A special thank you to James, the concierge, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed chatting with him and appreciated the personal touch he brought to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Glidden House was nostalgic and more quaint than large hotels. The breakfast was very good. A nice variety. So many things to see are in walking distance. The fantastic restaurants of Little Italy were very close. The location was perfect. Even if you’re there for a visit to Cleveland Clinic, this makes the trip better. Parking was so easy and less expensive. The staff was professional and kind. I will stay there again.

The Glidden was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, attentive staff and a good breakfast. The historic building is very well maintained and the surrounding area is wonderful with a variety of museums and activities to keep you exploring.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was an easy walk to museums and restaurants. I arrived early and was able to keep my luggage at their complimentary luggage check. Breakfast was okay. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Great hot and delicious breakfast, plenty to choose from. Staff very attentive. 10 minutes from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and right in the hub of Case Western University! Walkable to Little Italy. Great historic vibe. We had a doorman which is such a nice touch. Room and building air conditioning worked great! It was 90° outside! Would stay again!

The beautiful property and amazing breakfast make this the perfect place to spend a night or two in Cleveland. Walk to the Art Museum or a short Uber ride downtown.

Stopped in Cleveland on a road trip and stayed a night at the Glidden House. This place is so charming! After we arrived we grabbed a drink at the bar and enjoyed the patio, it was quiet and peaceful. This was the perfect place to stop after a long day on the road. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return on our next visit to Cleveland!

Hotel is a beautiful historic building in excellent condition. The rooms were large; enough for my sister and me to not feel cramped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Location was perfect as were were visitng the Cleveland Museum of Art. Breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay there again. it was perfect!

Beautiful settings and facilities. Smelly shower curtain, weak shower water pressure, bathroom electrical outlets were upside down.

Our favorite stay in Cleveland! We spent many nights in various rooms over four years while our son attended Case Western. You can't beat the location. This is a small boutique hotel with wonderful character and the staff was always wonderful and helpful. Their breakfasts always delicious and the setting superb. We will miss this place!
