Right next to University hospital. Friendly staff and food options in the lobby. Functional laundry facilities. Needs more USB and usb-c plugs by the bed.

There was also something about the room that made network cell services unusable and airways never able to connect to the wifi. Everything was dial up slow. I've stayed in this property many times and never had this network or wifi issues.

We had an excellent stay! The faucet in our bathroom needs to be tightened/fixed but otherwise it was a 10/10 stay! Thank you.

Difficult spot, (have to take shuttle to where your car is parked), ridiculous extra expenses - for coffee etc - restaurant closed, lobby store insanely expensive, hated it

Only major issue was the smell in the cafe area coming from the oven in the coffee area. I believe a burned out catalytic convertor is the issue and should be replaced ASAP. Not healthy for the wonderful staff or guests.

Bistro was closed, sign said please enjoy our complementary coffee, tea. The room was beautiful and the shower was wonderful. We didn't see any literature or booklet about the amenities, TV channels, etc. Figured it out on our own, which was fine, but didn't do dinner because we weren't sure where and when; knew it was $13 more

Location and price The parking situation

The hotel was neat and comfortable however the parking is ridiculous. The only option to park is valet for $27/a day. Otherwise you have to self park two blocks away in a public parking lot which is $1.50/hr. Cleveland isn’t safe enough to walk around let alone at night. Otherwise, the coffee bar has limited staff with different hours than advertised and the restaurant wasn’t open to dine either. I ended up doordashing food. Other than that, shower was hot, everything was clean, staff was super helpful- no issues there.

Breakfast was a nice surprise, (nice options) but would alert fellow future guests to note the hours breakfast is served. We got a late start and nearly missed it. Still staff was accommodating and patient. Will be staying there again.
