A cleaning staff Took my medication out of the fridge It had my name on it clearly and it costs $10000 a month. The front desk clerk was no help at all and treated me very rudely. Did not call a manager did not call the cleaning staff that left for the day already. He was not concerned at all. I don't think he's cut out for that sort of job he had no empathy for my situation whatsoever. Completely blew me off and acted like it was all my fault. I had to go dumpster diving And went through 15 bags of garbage and still cannot find my medication.

Just a couple issues- parking is limited and upon arrival I was given a room that had not been cleaned. BUT! The staff was excellent and took care of the room issue with professionalism and friendliness. The room I was given was spotless. Great hotel, great staff. Breakfast was decent. It was a very good stay and I’d return if I was ever in the area.

Jaeda was welcoming and got us checked in quickly. Everything was clean. The breakfast the next morning was really good. The area was great and close t everything. Not far from the expedition center. We felt safe and had no issues at all the entire weekend.

Only had one bath towel and the carpet throughout the hotel needs replacement. One of the staff checked in several guests as the gentleman who was trying to check me in. The room was comfortable and breakfast was just as your commercials promised. Poor walk ability to any restaurant. Several were a short ride however.

The breakfast kept running out of food and coffee , cutlery . Attendant probably needs more help, but thats on management squeezing every penny out.

The pool was gross and dirty. There was a hole in the shower. And we couldn’t get enough towels.
