Aircondtioned is working well Room.was perfect There is clogged on the sink hole at the.wash basin. Water in the jacuzzi was cold even in the swimmimg pool.

Until now jacuzzi is still not working. Staff said already full house, but I was able to book another room while in the lobby

Nothing. I endured the stay because i know i can’t get my money back. It’s not how I expected it based on the marketing and photos. Very old and unmaintained property. Pillows are yuckie too. They don’t replace the cushion inside. Seems like being used for a decade already. Color of pillow is brown inside, although white pillow case hides it.

Not many amenities and there were cockroaches

The location was convenient, parking was easy, and the air-conditioning worked well. The room’s condition was unacceptable. The bed covers had stains, the lighting was inadequate, and there were numerous cockroaches throughout the room. Several were crawling on the dining table, and some even made it into our food. This was highly unsanitary and deeply concerning.

Walking distance to SM Megamall. Nearby convenience stores (Lawsons, 7/11), nearby coffee shops like pick up coffee and Zus. A lot. 1. Hotel is old 2. Bed is uncomfortable. On pur first night, it seems like the bedsheets were not replaced. There are still stains on the bedsheet when we arrived but because it's already late we weren't able to request for change of bedsheets and pillow case. We were not able to sleep comfortably because the sheets were itchy. 3 Super liit ng banyo. As in. When you open the door, bubungad na sau un toilet bowl, and not unless you are super thin mdali lang sau lumusot papuntang shower area, pero if not, you have to squeeze yourself in between sa door and sa lababo. 4. It's like they do not clean the room. The phone is dusty, the inside of the ref is dirty. Overall, we were not happy with pur stay. We booked 3 days and 2 nights pero dahil di kami nasiyahan we left kinabukasan din.

Convenient to the place that i want to go , good location to me being staying this hotel previously but a bad experience that the property provide me a room with a small toilet this time

Room was clean and spacious. Aircon is cold and quiet. TV with cable works well. Pool is free to use and pool towels are provided. Lifeguard on duty at all times. Location is great! Walkable to Ayala the 30th, Megamall, and Estancia. Staff are helpful and professional. Pool doesn’t have lights so it’s dark to go night swimming. Very cold water.

The 2br also had 2 full bathrooms, spacious and functional living/dining room area, good water pressure and hot water temp, shower was small but had shower curtain, pool was very nice, friendly staff, good location about 10 min walk to Mega mall, easy to catch a Grab, very soundproof - never heard neighboring rooms Wifi - very slow even for a simple Google search and often have to re-type in pswd Cleanliness - many hairs on the floor when we arrived, sheets had various stains and did not smell fresh, smell of ipis, saw several cockroaches and even one on my toothbrush Bed - mattress has several very uncomfortable lumpy springs No hotel breakfast option but many nearby stores within walking distance Golf was one hole, not really an activity

Good location with a nice window view, near malls, clean rooms, etc. According to one of my friends the bed was too soft thar she wasnt able to sleep well because she was uncomfortable
