Do not book this place it is dirty and the pool is broken.

Do Not Stay! Don’t even risk it! No working pool, empty & under construction as was the whole property. Good luck getting through the hallways. Rooms were gritty dirty, icky foot prints in tub, leaky faucets spray all over countertop & what looked like mold in a lot of places! Floor was so bad we kept our shoes on. Furniture & appliances are dirty & broken, coffee pot was a he** no! Breakfast was to scary to eat & they couldn’t even provide coffee cups for coffee they made. Pulled an extra pillow from the closet & it stunk like men’s cologne so bad it couldn’t be used. SO much wrong with this place nothing but a complete demo will help. John at the front desk was great but the manager on site was not. He lied about being on site when Expedia called to talk with him, he was standing in front of us!

It was absolutely not what we paid for nor a place I would have stayed with 6 people- especially 3 kids. I mean if you want to just waste money for somewhere to lay your head then have at it, but it would have been nice to know any of this upfront. What is awful is not knowing any of this you are pretty much stuck once you get there and can’t get your money back and find out all this. It is such a trap

Not a great place to stay. The check in process was long. Be prepared for a $100 deposit. Property is below average. The room was clean but very dated. The carpet was dirty and there were burn marks on the desk. Not what I expected from a Wyndham property.

When we got there the manager was so rude and also rude to his own employees then we check in and went to the wrong building and as soon as you get by the front door of the property all you can smell coming out is weed and cigarettes then you go in and the hallways are absolutely disgusting never cleaned and you can tell cigarette butts everywhere bags of trash mattresses in the hallway just absolutely disgusting the smell made me want to vomit! Then we go in our room in the right building and the whole building smelled the same as the last and you have people sleeping in front of the building door you can clearly tell these people are on drugs absolutely unacceptable! We go in the room the room smelled like cigarettes and weed broken door knobs to the bedrooms holes in the walls bathroom was filthy I can’t even believe this hotel is even open it looks like a drug house we where stuck there and none of us could sleep went right back out to our car instead so sad the pictures are not true to what this nasty hotel is then they have a nerve to charge a 100 deposit when that place is the way it is! I wouldn’t ever recommend staying in this nasty hotel!!

The hallways were also poorly maintained, with housekeeping carts left sitting in the same place throughout our entire two-night stay. Overall, the property felt neglected and lacked basic cleanliness standards. I would not recommend staying here. Consider yourself warned.

Room was dirty with no toiletries. The desk person and his father smoked outside the entrances. Breakfast was awful. Front desk said before booking they provide pots and pens but after booking there was nothing in the kitchen inspite of repeated request One day breakfast was closed. The pictures for suite are deceiving

This place was a dump. Everything is old and dirty. Two nights stay and did not see any maids throughout the hotel. The cleaning carts remain at the same place from the first night to until we left on the third day. Our room was never clean daily. Never again at any place of this establishment.

Whole property smelled like smoke. Walking out the entrance there’s employees smoking all the time, didn’t eat the breakfast because it was like non existent. Pillows are flat folded it three times and still flat. Only good thing was the AC and space of the room

Nothing! Dirty, no towels, no garbage can in room, staff rude, the staff was the same guy morning noon and night, no breakfast first day no pool cars in parking lot sitting on jacks I believe this is a hotel people are living in very disturbing.

Not much I didn’t like anything it was ran down. Rooms are disgusting. You don’t have a TV dirty dishes. It’s not a nice property.

Although the staff worked hard to rectify the conditions, it was an awful experience. Waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned, it was 8:00 PM. Due to the overzealous 2 hour cleaning the room reeked of bleach and the carpet was soaking wet. There were no other rooms available and because we booked through this 3rd party, there was no refund. I felt like this was an extenuating circumstance and not our fault, and the hotel or this platform should have made this right. Learned my lesson about 3rd parties. Never again.
