Really plan ahead when it comes to parking. You’ll get ticketed for just trying to put your things in your vehicle.

The place was spacious and well decorated. Location was great and staff was friendly. We did not use the amenities but the 6th floor was amazing! The two things that could be a lot better: shower pressure and blackout curtains. I am a very light sleeper and the room was filled with daylight as early as 4:45am in June. Shower had no pressure and very little water. Overall was a great stay!

Amazing location in River north close to many popular spots in walking distance. Apartment was huge and can fit many people especially a big group. I loved the amenities, felt very luxury and a nice extra with a fully equipped gym, sauna and pool it’s perfect for relaxation and fitness. The views were also incredible. The only thing is the water pressure in the bathrooms isn’t very strong but everything else is perfect, staff on checkout was slightly rude when we asked to leave our luggage and not very welcoming. Overall i would stay here again :)

This place was absolutely amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer! The location was wonderful. The staff are ALL super friendly and helpful and the room was perfect!

Clean room and this is a condo so it’s not really a hotel. I enjoyed my one night there and they let me park until the afternoon so I really appreciated that there was no bottle of wine waiting for me as it said in the Expedia rental amenities section, but the fitness center was worth it.

Level Chicago was perfect in every way. Location was good, staff was friendly, on site garage parking was convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. The amenities were great, big gym and the sauna was nice and hot! Didn't have time to use the pool or bbq grills but that space looked well maintained and inviting as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.
