The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. It was one of the best hotel experiences that I have had. Nothing. It was truly an enjoyable stay and the staff were phenomenal.

It’s a cozy little hotel. Hidden at a quiet corner yet is very convenient to go around. The cleanliness can be improved. The breakfast has no variety and tastes quite bad. Especially the coffee is very disappointing.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which had a beautiful view and a pleasant terrace. The location is outside the busy city centre but in a very charming neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants and bars, and you can easily walk to the centre (about 25 minutes) or take a taxi. The hotel also has a nice pool area, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom felt a bit dated, and the breakfast was quite basic and could have been more varied (the coffee, made from an instant machine, was a bit disappointing).

The ladies at the front desk and the housekeeper!???they were very professional, kind, and polite and helped us learn to use the washer and dryer ?the housekeeper was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.we left her a gift and the lady at the front desk made sure she received it ?special recognition for Jo, Xchi, and Nidnoi??

The hotel is very well located closed to a nice area with a lot of restaurants, bars etc. It is also particularly close to the airport (with the downside of hearing some starting planes). The internet connection at least in my room was a disaster. The first night, it did not work at all; after having asked to fix it, it sometimes worked - but extremely slowly; for someone who depends on stable connection, this place is not recommendable.

We loved our room, the pool area & friendly staff through out the hotel. It didn’t matter who you spoke with, they were always friendly & polite. Everywhere was clean & tidy Great location, very chilled & relaxed. Easy walking distance to the Old Town if you don’t mind walking in the heat - (around 30 mins doing a chilled pace) Lots of shops & restaurants within the area, hotel food very good also Buffet breakfast as the items were cold - I only experienced this breakfast style once during my 10 day stay Up until that day I’d love my Asian breakfast on a daily basis. It was also so delicious & freshly cooked
