The hotel has a very nice ambience and a charming boutique feel. The room itself is well designed and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. The overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant. For a five-star boutique hotel in Thailand, the facilities are quite limited. The main issue was the lack of proper bathroom privacy. There is no solid bathroom door—only a curtain separating the bathroom from the room, which does not close properly. This was uncomfortable, especially as we were three brothers sharing the room. Even for adults, proper bathroom privacy is essential. The swimming pool is also quite small and looks much larger in photos. In terms of value for money, there are better hotels available at a similar price point in Chiang Mai.

You can tell that a lot of thought and care goes into maintaining this hotel so that every guest feels like a VIP. - Careful touches to the room made it feel luxurious. - Room was huge with great amenities and personal touch so you feel well taken care of. - Friendly staff that make you feel welcome the moment you enter. - Pool/surroundings were lovely This is the first place I’ve stayed that I can 100% say you get value for your money. I would love to stay here again! One male staff member in the lobby (he was mainly standing by the front desk during breakfast) kept staring at me. It made me uncomfortable when I just wanted to enjoy my breakfast in peace. I think all staff should be culturally and ethnically aware so they don’t stare at guests who look different than them. He was the only one who did it. The rest of the staff, especially my check-in the day before was perfect. Professional staff who explained everything to me when he brought me to my room and friendly smiles from the women.

Hotel Sensai was the best hotel we stayed in during our travels around Thailand. The staff go above and beyond here! Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely welcome drink and were told our room had been upgraded. The room was absolutely amazing! The pool is heated and so nice for relaxing. The breakfast as well as the lunch/dinner food here is incredible. The location of the hotel is also perfect. You can walk to many things and both tours we booked, picked us up right in the hotel lobby. I can't recommend Hotel Sensai enough! Absolutely nothing!!

Hotel Sensai is a place that strives for perfection in every minor detail and comes pretty close to achieving it. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Chiang Mai. The neighborhood is full of things to do for tourists and everything is within walking distance. The downside of a very central location is the noise. Sounds from a neighboring bar kept me up for a couple of nights. Everywhere in Nimman, you can hear the airplanes due to the proximity of the airport. But this is not the fault of the hotel and affects all Nimman properties to some extent.

Small hotel cozy and very comfortable. Small details : welcome cocktail and gift, the bedroom with all facilities, nice balcony facing the swimming pool, nice bar in the lobby where to have nice cocktails. I liked everything.
