Hot tub advertise and when I called the property to confirm they said yes, when I got there it closed and cement poured in there.

The hot tub didn’t work, which was the main reason we book this hotel, the bed frames were wired and you couldn’t sit on the end of the bed or it would flip up. The breakfast was the same everyday, and not that great.

Nice and cozy good service clean

A couple of things one we are smokers and it is a non smoking facility ao we have to smoke in the car or in their designated smoking area. HOWEVER, it was raining and the night clerk made us feel extremely uncomfortable. He came out and stared a couple of times called security and asked security to ask us when we were going to check in. Mind you we've already checked in at 3pm. This happened the entire stay. The floor we were on had a stench between mold and dog. The ceiling caved in which isnt their fault. I gave a 3 because there was one bartender who played as our personal photographer...loved that... i honestly feel we paid too much for this room. From what is advertised I expected a full bar and there is no such thing as breakfast.

We accidentally booked this property, long story, but decided to go ahead with the stay. If you are a light sleeper definitely DO NOT recommend. Its just off the freeway and all I heard all night was big trucks and sirens. When we booked, we paid extra for breakfast but it really wasn't any different from the free breakfast that most hotels provide. I will say the staff was friendly but we wouldn't stay there again especially for almost $200 for one night

The hotel is next to the freeway, and they gave me the room that is front to the hotel. The window's room are not noise proved, and so the whole night we heard all the noise from all the cars driving through the freeway. Not a good sleep. The room looked very old and some of the wallpaper was tear off.

Quite hotel for great stop after long travel day. Nice to have a sports bar on site so you don't have to go back out for a quick dinner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was good. Room clean. Hot tub was not in working order.. ice maker was not in working order. Saturday there was no liquor service allowed the restaurant. Coffee was not great. The breakfast we paid for was not satisfactory. Issues with the key card working. Had to get it replaced.

Our stay was nice, the hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly. I really looked forward to the jacuzzi but it was down so I didn’t get to get in but other than that it was overall great

We loved Jamie. She was awesome.

The locations was very convenient for my work. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The 24hr gym and pool times were convenient. Overall great stay. The breakfast was quite standard, not bad. The fruit was a bit flavourless and options weren't very plentiful. The gym has limited equipment and the whirlpool was not functioning. There was also a very loud noise in the pool area.

I love the size of the room. Located right off the freeway, so it was little noisy; but not unbearable.

The room was huge! The facility was very nice to be a Holiday Inn. Nothing!

This is what I call High Class. Anyone wanna try & book something special for a date or a treat. This is where’s at. A lot you can cherish with, off these luxury rooms. I enjoyed my stay, since I been there!!

The rooms were outdated. The bed was terrible. I couldnt wait to go home to get a good nights sleep!

I didn't like that my room smelled like cigarettes both days. The smokers stand right outside the window and my room wouldn't get warm for nothing. I couldn't use the spa tub the first night because of how cold the room got came night fall. Maintenance had to come next day to adjust heat.

We were not informed that their was a situation that required homeland security to be at hotel

My biggest thing was the beds were very uncomfortable. Some little things were: the bathroom door lock didn’t always want to work; not sure if the ceiling fan was supposed to work since the wall switch didn’t have a knob anymore; the office chair at the room desk was broken; the bottom of the tub was very slippery (I currently have a knee issue and it made me very nervous about slipping and falling); many items on the breakfast buffet were not hot and other hotels offer this service free; the ice machine on our floor didn’t work.

As soon as I entered this hotel I was met with a molded sewage scent. It filled the entire lobby. I had to wait for someone to come to the desk so I could check in. The room was subpar. The bed was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

There was NO HOT WATER!!! When I pay $125.00 plus tax to stay somewhere, I expect hot water to bathe in!!! Very disappointed...

The showerhead was missing in the shower, ac did not work, could not get the window open to cool the room off, 79 degrees in room all night and no remote control for the TV. Overall, I will not stay at this property again. This was my second bad experience. last time no hot water.

The bed was like a rock and people working, hammering on a metal trailer for 30 minutes at 10.30 at night. They also charged to my credit card 250 for incidentals I have my receipt I won’t be back on my card for 5 days. So much for my vacation

Staff refused to check me in because they could not read my name on my card for incidentals. I’ve stayed here before with the same card. The card will be replaced soon. What a waste of time. Ended up at La Quinta

The older gentleman was very rude and prejudiced. I normally encounter the young ladies at the front desk but upon arrival he was there didn’t greet us he was very rude the entire time of the transaction. It’s because of this I will not return .

Great and helpful staff. Had an emergency come up and they did everything they could to help.

Nice place to stay. Menu was limited and that was frustrating. Lacked kids items. Pretty expensive as well. Bar tender was amazing and made for great conversation.

The reason I got the room was because of the sauna hot tub and indoor swimming pool. The sauna and hot tub did not work and it was a snake in the swimming pool. Other than that the room was wonderful the staff was nice the breakfast was good. It's a good hotel as long as you're not choosing it for the amenities.

Breakfast was lame. We wanted a refund but they could not do it without the general manager. We wanted to checkout at noon but they insisted 11. This place is not customer friendly in the a.m.

This was a very convenient Hotel with a nice restaurant and with Tesla superchargers. It made for an easy stop over outside of Houston. It is right on the freeway so it is noisy but that is to be expected not a problem
