Didn't like at all especially with Marriott hotel chain as I arrived at 7.30pm finding the hotel closed and no operations at all. There was no notification and even I still received email from Marriott to perform online check-in!.

nothing the management, the manager, the disregard for privacy, the disregard for accountability, the disregard for safety. our first room reeked of a strong urine smell the second room they moved us to had a chair in it that had a big hole that they were aware of and refused to remove from the room, advising me that previous guest didn't have an issue with it. there was no breakfast available thanksgiving morning and saturday there was only bagels and room temp coffeee, the waffle machine was broke. they kept the entry gate locked so you had to walk to the key gate as if you were a cat to get out of the parking lot once parking your car, when i inquired about it they said the gate locks at night, however this was happening during the day as well. my stay was not a good one and the manager there was very non chalant about any of our concerns. they really over stepped their boundaries when they entered our room , although we had our do not disturb on the door to remove the chair that we had to contact corporate about. I would never recommend this facility. we felt like we were at Bates Motel! this facility is not of Marriott standards, at all! did i mention too this was our wedding anniversary?! what an experience..

It was in a good location based on we’re I was visiting. It was clean. There was confusion with my check out time. The housekeeper came knocking wanting to come in and clean. She removed my Do Not Disturb sign and slipped it under my door. Then the front office called asking if I needed to extend my stay. I proceeded to explain that my check out time was 1pm, the clerk said that the hotel had a check out time of 12pm. I told them I wasn’t ready to leave, she then said that she would notify the housekeeper and extend my stay. At check out, I offered to show her my confirmation. She then said that she had checked and knew that I had a later checkout. No apologies from anyone.

The people were very cordial and the location was one mile from the work place. When I arrived the water was turned off. They forgot to tell me when I checked in. The room phone was plugged in but did not work. The hotel is a bit older but it was in decent shape. I am a hotel snob and like tip top amenities.
