I was disappointed to find there was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. Apparently they are doing a remodel and that will be done by the end of 2026. They had the old heater/air-conditioning unit. The bed was very low to the floor with no box spring. We'll have to try it out again next year after the remodel.

I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again. They are falling apart.

Our stay was great. The staff forgot to check me in and I had to go back into the hotel to get checked in. The room was great.

They claim each room has a fridge. They do not. They did not check us in when we thought they did. Poor communication. Couldn't find my reservation when attempting to re check us in. Couldn't find it. Yet, they wouldve had no issue charging my card for the stay.

Carpets looked worn, tiles on ceiling in vending area not flush and chipped, caulking in rooms bathroom didnt match, no fan in bathroom, extremely foggy.

Very clean !!!! Rooms were comfortable!!!! Breakfast was fantastic !! Pool was a great experience after a long day of baseball!!! Two thumbs up Everything was fine no issues no complaints!!!

Everything was ok. The hotel does not have an area to relax in the lobby. The breakfast area is next to the check in area and it didn’t appear to be cleaned after breakfast was over.

Didn't use the WiFi. Breakfast was good, hot, and fresh. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly.

Clean and quiet. Nit pick, no refrigerator or microwave in room, also coffee maker was not keurig style coffee maker.

the location was great. Breakfast was okay - suited our needs The thing we noticed about the room was how the sheets didn't seem clean- the bed was made, but the sheets seemed all rumpled like they hadn't been washed. And there was a funky smell. If we hadn't been so tired I doubt we would have stayed. The good thing I can say is that the bed was low instead of one of those really high beds which is nice for someone in a wheelchair.

Good location right off 380. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom fan didn't work. Room had no mini fridge and the ice machine on our floor didn't work.

* my family was comfortable with the room plenty of space *Pool area was clean * Absolutely adore the staff * sad to say but teenagers were running through the halls, this Disturbed my grandmother sleeping. * Breakfast hot food was basic ( need more options ex: biscuits and gravy) * The pool was very cold * Need more trash cans in the rooms

Great breakfast, cold pool. My kids had a blast nonetheless.

The king suite we were in was nice enough but still had the smell of a smoking room. The treadmills in the workout room were both broken.

The check-in process was easy with a wonderful staff person at the front desk. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety.
