Grifo Hotel Charme & SPA

Pool was amazing, didn't have a view unfortunately but all the amenities were great including spas, saunas and massage area. Would of liked a room with a view

We will definitely come back to the Grifo Hotel. The theme inside the hotel is very cool, the staff is amazing, the features and services they offer are excellent, the breakfast is delicious, the transfer is a plus. They are great, STRONGLY recommend.

Breakfast is exceptional, very well done. Lunch of ravioli and wine, excellent. Quite location away from city Shuttle service not available at all times into town. However, staff calls taxi service. The interior pool water could be a little warmer, and the sauna was needed to warm up

The staff was very courtious and helpfull. Dinners and breakfast were excellent by the pool. The spa was enjoyable The facility is very pretty an clean.

The rooms are specious but the shower is a bit small. Also you need to pay for the pool towels

Hotel Grifo exceeded our expectations by far. The hotel and pool were meticulously well kept and clean, the location was perfect, the food was tasty and the staff was exceptional. The shuttle service was really helpful. I would give 11 stars if I could!

Beautifully maintained . Superb service from Enzo, Marika, Luciano , Alejandro and everyone we dealt with puts this hotel over the top . Beds and pillows were a little hard and I do like a firm bed. However this didn’t ruin or take away our experience . Love this hotel and would stay here again for sure

Really peaceful place that's not far from the port. Personnel was super kind and helpful. Both the pool and the spa area were pretty nice. Great breakfast and food. We had an annex room which is not in the main building but very close (5 seconds walk) These rooms have a small garden in front of them which is great if you have small kids, so you can spend some time with them in the shadow when needed. Nothing, we were pretty happy with everything.

Highly recommend Grifo Hotel. Great facilities (pool, spa, room facilities). What set the hotel apart is the quality of its staff, they do their best to assist, great consistency and good energy among the team. Enzo at the restaurant is exceptional: he memorizes the last name of all guests and is so sweet. We ran into a small issue and the team and management went out of their way to satisfy our request. Can’t walk into the town but the good side is that it’s quiet, there’s a nice view and they have a shuttle that is super convenient

Pool. Surroundings. Flowers. View. Cleanliness. Slightly remote so hard to come and go as you please. Shuttle ran every 90 minutes in morning and evening but not between 12-5 so you had to be either in town at the hottest part of the day or at the hotel. Of course, you could also call a taxi.

We absolutely love the Grifo hotel!!! It is paradise for our family. The staff is warm and kind, especially Enzo who treated us like family. This is our second visit and it was just as wonderful at the first. The chef is excellent and dinner by the pool was ideal for us. Thank for a wonderful, relaxing weekend!! Nothing

The property is immaculately clean and modern (which is my preference). The food was excellent. Enzo, who manages the dining facilities is a rare gem. He could not possibly have done more to make our stay comfortable as well as all the other guests surrounding us. I had two massages. Rita was an incredible talent. The rest of the staff are all cheerful and very helpful. Just a few things guests should know: It is not far from the port and they do provide free shuttle service back-and-forth, but you will not be walking into cute shops next to the hotel. A couple of real misses… There is no body lotion available in the room. There was no hair conditioner available. The blow dryer in the room was subpar. It would have taken me three hours to dry my hair. They do not provide daily fresh towels at the pool. You were given one towel or the option to pay five euros each day for a fresh towel. I have never heard of anything like that in my life! Also all water, with the exception of what’s available at breakfast must be purchased.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We received a lot of helpful information about Ischia from the lovely young lady at the reception, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The dinner at their restaurant was delicious, and Mr. Enzo was very charming and made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel is in a quiet and relaxing area, perfect for unwinding. They also offer a shuttle service, making it easy to explore different parts of the island. Our room was spacious and we had a large balcony with a beautiful sea view. I highly recommend this hotel, and if we ever return to Ischia, we will definitely consider staying here again!
