Nice overall property. Need to take better care of the gym. Trash on the floor. No sweat towels or wipes for the equipment. Gym was also warm with no way to adjust temp.

Breakfast was ok, not great. Parking was safe.

Sketchy people were following us in and around the hotel. Told the staff and they were extremely helpful.

Shuttle from the airport Better communication around pick up. We arrived late and other folks called the shuttle from our flight. Wasn’t aware of this so thought there was no one available. If there is only one person working at night, a heads up on the situation is helpful

Pool area dirty and hair balls in the pool. Common areas were dirty. Room was ok

We were here for the College World Series. The hotel met our needs however I will say it was a pretty decent walk to get to downtown. There aren’t really any restaurants around it either which meant more uber rides. But overall, the hotel was nice and met our needs while we were here.

Fabric on chairs in eating area fully worn. One of the worst room experiences in my 50 years of travel. Believe it or not, but I usually don’t complain!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not up to the Wyndham standards I am used to. The room was missing a toilet paper roll holder and the stickers in the bathtub to prevent a person from falling. I almost fell, getting out of the shower. The bathroom door handle was loose. Along with the closet door handle. I was laying on the bed closest to the window, I could smell coffee and coffee creamer. I found coffee spilled between the bed and the wall. I cleaned off the wall to see if that would help with the strong smell but it did not. Next to the other bed there was something spilled. It looked like ketchup or hot sauce. Because the beds and bathrooms were clean I did not tell the front desk person I wanted another room. I was only staying in the room for a few hours before I had to fly out. I plan on writing an email to the manager of the hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast room were nice.

Staff were friendly with what interaction I had with them Upon check in walking into the room the screen for the window was busted the counter was falling apart. The shower drained so slow it was like taking a bath and shower at the same time. Towels were in such short supply we had to make two towels work for 4 people to shower and beg for towels the next few days in a row until we finally got some. House keeping never came by the room for spot checks so for a 4 day stay and a half or less roll of toilet paper we had to request more from the front desk and handle all our own trash. The room for the pool is heated water not so much. The hot tub is nonexistent it’s now a concrete slab. Several breakfast mornings we didn’t bother it was better to just buy breakfast as what options were there either out of stock not made correctly or not refilled.

The staffing was generally nice. I was booked into the wrong room and they only offered 15% off the next time i booked. So instead of the $150 dollar room i paid for, i was put into an $80 room, which had damage on the ceilings, paint tearing in bath tub, door was sticking, there was stains on the towels and blankets. There also wasnt any lighting aside from two desktop lamps.
