The shuttle to the ballfield was an excellent addition that I did not plan on.

Location was perfect for us.

It was a good value. The park and fly was helpful

Overall stay was Average - the rooms are in need of Updates

The front desk staff was great, that was about it. There was garbage, such as a zyn can, a water bottle, and lip gloss still in the room. Shower temp was cold with no water pressure, and there were little hairs I noticed in the bed when I first laid down. The pool room looks very dated, and the maintenance worker who was in there at the same time as us could not keep his eyes of my girlfriend’s butt for more than a minute. This place was generally unpleasant, and I would never stay here again

The hot portion of the breakfast was horrible and made me crap the rest the day. Don’t eat the eggs

The room did not have a phone in it..complete surprise. Have never had that happen before. Also the TV needed to be reset but front desk did it right away. Breakfast was good. Request to have a room on back side of hotel. Quieter.

Rooms looked clean as long as you didn't look under any edges. Room smelled like a bunch of ramen was cooked when addressing clerk was laughed at (we took all the air freshners out of our car to try to help) returned from wedding rehearsal and later to clerk knocking on door saying they got a text message about our TV not working and walked into room. (1st of 3 visits about this between 2 diffrent clerks) then delivery driver was sent to our room by desk for an order we didn't make or a name that wasn't ours. When addressing this at 7am when leaving (left day early to to horrible experience) with lady that seemed to act like she was in charge but u known no one had anything on to say they worked there it seemed like it was nothing new and was giggling about it. I reserved this room on reviews on this app and after looking on Google for those to be the exact opposite and align with our experience. User beware. There wasn't any amenities as advertised breakfast ect. But can get a show when pulling up to someone that is unhousdd sleeping aginst the front of the building. Such a sad operation that could have great experiences if they actually cared.

It was a great experience. It was safe. I didn’t get to eat breakfast or park a car because I didn’t have any.

Needs updated check-in was slow

I had two rooms with kids they put me on the first floor and the kids on the2 floor asked to have the rooms next to each other but the don’t move us and they was working on the room next to me so every morning I was up at 7 I should of been able to sleep In when you spend 1209 on a room you should be able to rest

Staff was very friendly. Near to the airport. Clean hotel. Highly recommend.

The hotel isn't new and could use some in-room lighting improvements in the main room, but I admit I use the rooms for work and there was minimal light. Otherwise comfortable. Check-in was good for sure.
