Out you know how irritating that could be when we were gonna stay 3 or 4 days and I'm assuming the Indians don't trust nobody if you are just using points from expedia or credit cards it is perfect but spending my own money I would definitely stay somewhere else and one last thing they are building a Hiway in front so it’s very noisy and one way in and out so you will have to travel around the world to get to and from if you have to leave to get something to eat or just run to store I know this probably want hurt there business because they own all the hotels but I’m giving my opinion
- 1/5
Ac didn’t work, dirty room and they try to kick you out before check out time
- 4/5
Room smelled terrible until ran ac half hour, room was decent and for where located next to I-35 was actually quiet overall ok but for price could have not smelled and been cleaner, that being said I would stay again Staff was great
- 5/5
Smelled good and clean. Jacuzzi room was cute. Could have used a few more towels but overall was very nice and inexpensive. Will definitely book again

- 3/5
Looks nice in the puctures...
- 2.5/5
Very clean The construction I know it inevitable but it sucked getting there and the walls to the rooms are super thin I could here the water running in the next room and it was so loud it was hard to sleep
- 0.5/5
I did not like nothing the room was dirty the bath tubs are disgusting I pulled the sheets back on my bed and found like 3 pubic hairs I asked they be changed before I come back that evening and we get there nothing was done like they promised the counter with the sinks I had to wipe it down with a baby wipe and the refrigerator and microwave were unacceptable it was bad enough and nasty we wanted to just go to like motel 6 or something but we reserved this place a month in advance so they had our money and would not refund it . My poor grandson had to be in that filth I do not recommend anyone staying at all if I could give it a -10 i would have my kids room was worse than mine I don't where they got the pictures on their site but it is all a lie out my 46 years of living this is the worst I ever had to deal with I did not like nothing the room was dirty the bath tubs are disgusting I pulled the sheets back on my bed and found like 3 pubic hairs I asked they be changed before I come back that evening and we get there nothing was done like they promised the counter with the sinks I had to wipe it down with a baby wipe and the refrigerator and microwave were unacceptable it was bad enough and nasty we wanted to just go to like motel 6 or something but we reserved this place a month in advance so they had our money and would not refund it . Bed was not comfortable and also I froze it as all night because all they had is a thin comforter
- 3.5/5
Room was clean and comfortable Location was difficult to find and because of highway construction very difficult to get to
- 3.5/5
I enjoyed the convenience of this location to my families home, which is currently undergoing a remodel.

- 1/5
Dirty
- 2/5
2. Rusty freezer 3. Poor room installation 4. Short of shampoo and conditioner 5. Lack of bottled water 6. Expired coffee
- 4/5
Great staff room looked clean the tub had some brown stuff in it when u turned the water on and after we showered the restroom smelt like sewage so we had to keep the door closed
- 0.5/5
The hotel stunk terribly, there was trash and dirty towels left in the elevators for two days, and the bed had a tin base that made a popping sound every time you moved.
- 2/5
Stayed because it was paid for a week. Didnt sleep in the bed slept in the chair.
- 1/5
In the middle of major road construction and we were locked into the hotel from 8 pm to 5 am everynight. We were not told about this the first night and spent an hour trying to figure out how to get there since there is only one entrance.
- 1/5
We got checked in right before the concert and left stuff in our room. By the time we got in late that night we actually looked around. The mini fridge leaked and had a tray under it. The bed sheets were stained and you could tell they hadn’t been changed by where the spots were on both the flat and fitted sheet. There were also stains on the pillows. We slept in top the bed covering. The toilet ran all night and the room never cooled down.
- 1/5
The expressway was blocked I wasn’t even able to get back there once I left to get my things!
- 1/5
I give them a pass on the bad entrance because of the road work. No local channels could only find pluto and other apps and nothing worked. The usb connections didnt work, and the plug in fried a new nintendo switch. The room was okay but not the best and could hear people up and down the hall all hours of the night talking and screaming sat morning. Beware
- 2/5
After checking out, I realized I had an additional $90 fee from the hotel, I had to call them and have them remove it. It was not a service charge, either the Night Shift clerk did not know what he was doing or he was trying to get extra money out of me. I will never stop here again.
- 5/5
The jacuzzi bath tub in the room The construction on frontage road to turn into facility
- 2/5
TXDOT was going service on the access road and taking down the bridge right next to us. We had no access to the property for a bit and they worked, loudly, until 6am.
- 2/5
Television didn't work
- 2/5
Booked a room and when we got there it stunk and the floors had a bunch of sticky spots and I were dirty. asked for a different room and it was unfortunately even worse with peoples hair on the floor and literal toe nail clippings on the floor in the bathroom. Very obvious that they do nothing to clean their floors after guests. It wasn’t busy at all and I see why there was only a few people staying there.
- 2/5
I've rented rooms at this location numerous times. It has become run down. The televisions doesn't work. They want you to use your prime or netflix to watch tv. The phones in the rooms are trash. The young girl knew nothing about doing her job. She acted as if i was bothering her. I will not stay at this place again. They charge $100 per night it feels like by the hour.
- 0.5/5
Nothing. Not clean. The whole hotel had a terrible odor. The going rate should have been half of what we paid. We felt very uncomfortable and dirty our entire stay.
- 5/5
Greate service
- 5/5
Not at all.
- 4/5
I can’t you then I wouldn’t like it anymore now If I did lol The floors are loud
- 0.5/5
It was filthy
- 0.5/5
They did not stay, bedbugs and stained sheets. The guys there for a training class . This was close to the company hosting class , but I ended up getting them another room in a different location.
- 3.5/5
Extremely hard to get to. Entrance is just beyond a bridge on the I-35 access road. TV very hard to figure out. Finally found the stations I was looking for on the second night. Only coffee for one cup. Had to get more for the second night as the room wasn't touched by maid service.
- 3/5
Not too much The road was in construcción and the property is too old and smell bad
- 4/5
The second floor badly smelle of cigarette smoke. On a non smoking floor through out our stay.
- 4/5
No working television. Moved to a different room television didn't work in both
- 1/5
No room service, we came late on the second night, the room was not attended, no shampoo, no soap, no towels, no toilet paper etc.
- 1/5
First the room was outdated and the room was so musty smelling it was weird because no one was in the other rooms but all doors was slamming all night also the shower leaked and room had no extra towels or room service never came around the water was so hard on my skin .. this is a horrible hotel
- 2/5
The television was a nightmare. The lady couldn't get it to work properly. This has been a repeated problem
- 2/5
There was an awful smell in the lobby . No smoking signs on the doors, however you could smell marijuana in the halls. Room was not cleaned, bed made , trash or fresh towels after the first night. Glad we were only staying the night.
- 5/5
The manager was nice and accomadating. The room was nice. Only things that we did not have that we're used to: no breakfast, no workout room, no pools. Other than that a good place to stay. Also, keep in mind, there is no access to walk to places really since it is right off of the expressway and very unsafe to walk on the highway. We had to uber everywhere even right down the street. I would have preferred more access.
- 5/5
The pilows are super soft
- 5/5
Good experience. Also, accessibility was very good.
- 3/5
It was ok, little pricey for the condition of the establishment.
- 1/5
The dirtiest room and hotel I have stayed at. Nothing compared to the pictures or what the hotel states to offer. No care in providing cleanliness or attempt to help. Worst place ever.
- 5/5
Always enjoy staying here every couple weeks to get away never any trouble and friendly service always
- 1/5
Not clean period
- 1/5
I found a pipe used to smoke drugs in the bathroom. When I turned it into the office, they were unphased by this. They also would not listen to my request to have the room recleaned.
- 5/5
It’s hard to see the building, huge bridge hiding the building, it’s good for the price
- 3/5
Lacking amenities
- 2/5
No breakfast
- 5/5
Great service
- 2/5
I liked how kind and helpful the receptionist was. She kindly gave me new sheets when I asked, because my mattress cover was filthy like it had not been washed ever. I gave her the dirty mattress cover to wash. The property was kind of off the beaten path under an overpass and behind a tight construction zone, but I didn’t have safety issues. The room had some dirty spots. You get what you pay for, but the professionalism at reception was very good.
- 2/5
The place REAKED. The odor was nearly overpowering. Throughout the hotel. The desk clerk was on his phone while I was trying to check in and while I was teying to get an extra room key. Holding up a finger to me in a 'wait' gesture. Both times. I was patient but after 5 minutes in each occasion, I had him help me out ANYWAY. Inexpensive is what I needed. Cheap, bad service, and horribly stinky is what i got.
- 3/5
Signs outside show they had continental breakfast and inside had sign up that due to them being lowest price in franchise it was not offered anymore.
- 1/5
I really want my money back for the first night. It was so disgusting we went and got another hotel. And they refused to give me a refund for the first night. They only gave a refund for the second night.
- 4/5
Really quiet, but over all it was a good!
- 2/5
This Motel feels and looks like a Truck Stop.
- 2/5
This was a last minute find definitely wouldn’t recommend
- 2/5
I liked that it was pet friendly.
- 3/5
I was a bit worried about safety. The flip latch which limits how far the door can be opened didn't work. I had flipped it, then forgot I had done so. I had no difficulty in opening the door with the device in place (Keep in mind I'm a 74 year old woman--if the device was properly in place I would not have been able to open the door)
- 2/5
Expedia shows it has a gym and pool. None of these were here. No breakfast. Room smelled of urine. Not mopped as we saw tomato sauce on the floor (I hope it was tomato sauce). Shady neighborhood. Even saw a couple of hookers at the hotel. Smelled of marijuana.
- 1/5
No breakfast what so ever. Front desk was not very friendly.
- 2/5
bath room door not work, no coffee, tv not work, no iron, Hair dryer not work, i will not come back
- 3/5
Contruction working all night, can’t sleep.
- 4/5
It was easy to get to and to get on the highway. The Construction wasn't their fault. They need better tv to watch. We had to watch from our Netflix on our tablets.
- 4/5
The stay was good but it’s just a lil stuff the housekeepers need to do better they’re half cleaning the restrooms especially
- 5/5
Low-key area but still close enough to Dallas. Very clean and spacious rooms considering the low price. I definitely recommend staying here.
- 5/5
It is a great place and friendly staff
- 5/5
We stayed in one of their rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi had a small leak outside of it. But staff dealt with it immediately. Will be going back
- 3/5
This is an aging and run down property. Wouldn't recommend. You can't walk anywhere around the prioperty because there are no sidewalks and you risk being hit by a car on the access road. Rooms are quite aged and it's starting to look like a place being held together with baling twine. No continental breakfast. Staff is so-so
- 5/5
nice people and quiet and clean
- 1/5
Never ever again. I just didnt feel safe. Im a night shift nurse at the local hospital & only checked in for 2 nights just to be closer to work & ensure I could make it in during our winter ice storm. This property had the most rude & careless staff I have ever seen. During my stay the concerns I had were first being in my room and having the door to my room open as Im inside. The person on the other end didnt announce who she was she just saw me then closed the door. I was in shock thinking who the hell was that & how does she have access to my room. Then laterI heard this crazy pounding on one of the other guest door. It was one of the male working yelling at the person behind the door to open the door or they were going to call the police. I heard a woman behind the door responding but apparently she wouldn't open the door because that same man returned beating at her door screaming. I thought that was the most tackiest thing ever. If the police needed to be called then you do so but what you dont do just because you work there or just because the hotel is on the low budget end think that its ok for you to act low budget and disturb the entire floor with that type of drama. Another encounter I had was as im in bed asleep since I work nights obviously I sleep during the day. I heard this pounding at my door. Then realized the door had opened while I was in bed half dressed & asleep. I jumped up out of bed trying to cover myself. There was a man standing inside my room .
- 4/5
Property was very close to work.
- 4/5
It's a good hotel for the price. Rooms were nice, staff is excellent, and I wasn't needing frills, just a good price.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was surprised how clean this facility was. Cleaner than more expensive hotels.
- 2/5
The check-in clerk and the night clerk were both top-notch. I was very disappointed when the TV stopped during my favorite show and insisted that I create an account; that program is not the least bit user-friendly. I could not take a shower because there was no way to get water out of the shower head. And my 6:30 am wake-up call DID NOT happen: very disappointed in that
- 4/5
Great place for the money. Staff is friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
We had a very quiet peaceful stay, everything was clean and the staff were more than helpful
- 1/5
When we got there the lady at the desk was very polite we went on up to our room on the second floor. We put down our luggage and I went into the bathroom when I lifted the toilet seat there was urine splattered all over the seat I husband called the front desk and she politely came and said that she was going to be the one cleaning the bathroom. We were exhausted went on to bed after words. When we woke up the next morning I realize there was dirt and hair on the floor and my husband killed cockroaches as well. I was going to take a shower when I got up but instead we changed hotels and I took a shower at the next hotel where it was cleaner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
There were roaches scattering as soon as we turned the lights on and the vent in the bathroom was hanging broken off the wall.
- 1/5
Motel 6 would have been better.
- 1/5
It was trouble I will never 👎 go back there. It had bed bugs and cockroaches I had to kill it myself and I have pictures to prove it to and so do they.
- 5/5
Very friendly and clean facility.
- 1/5
These was long curly hair in the sink and the counter along with some pubic hair. The drawers below the microwave had an empty 6 pack of natty light and one empty can of natty light in the nightstand. This place was cheap and we just wanted a clean place to sleep for the night. This wasn’t clean.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
Cleanliness could use some work, but they were on top of it as soon as I mentioned it to them.
- 5/5
Great place for the price
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
It was really good place to stay.
- 5/5
It was perfect.
- 1/5
I called and told them that my husband will be checking in. They said everything was updated then a huge issue when he showed up but luckily the guy at the desk worked with him and got him into the room.
- 5/5
Amazing stay, best staff, best Internet everything was good
- 5/5
Just came in town to see old friends and needed a place to sleep; very budget-friendly; updated; convenient location off 35 & Old Denton in Carrollton though it’s a little tricky to get to if you’re coming in from Old Denton; allowed me to check out an hour later; friendly staff; there is one gas station nearby but not really quick access to fast food; overall the cost made it worth it!
- 1/5
Soliciting everywhere , room looked like a tornado ran through it , looks covid infested ….. just thinking about it makes my head hurt
- 1/5
Stained mattress pad you could see through the paper thin sheets. Scratchy coverlet, flat hard pillows, paint peeling off walls, pitiful shower, rough tiny towels, smelled like weed and i was woken up multiple times at night hearing ppl in the halls drunken and clomping around. The staff was sweet and friendly, not theur fault.
- 5/5
Amazing clean spacious room great service
- 3/5
Crew was nice when I checked in. But the morning guy couldn’t even tell me a place to eat for breakfast. On his phone and was annoyed I asked. Just seemed cheap and nothing extra was given. Shampoo conditioner not there and my soap wasn’t replaced.
- 3/5
more lighting in the rooms would be useful and much appreciated
- 1/5
dont stay here
- 4/5
Front desk was very helpful. Even allowing early check in to get out of the weather.
- 1/5
The whole place smells like a ashtray , we booked 3 nights but left after 1 night because we could not breath .
- 3/5
Building inside is really old as well as furniture
- 3/5
Even though I forgot to change my reservation after the airline changed my flight, they were able to accommodate for my stay
- 4/5
It's wasn't my best stay but it was ok, hot tub needs to be updated, smelled like weed at the front desk
- 3/5
Nice people that run the property; however, it’s a dirty run down hotel that needs cleaning and updating.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly. Several items of hardware in my room were loose or broken ie in need of repair.
- 4/5
I needed an inexpensive room for one night, good bed, quiet spot, hot shower. I got that and a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker—everything I needed, nothing I didnt. Very good value for the money.
- 2/5
Stunk badly. Looked clean but the stench was horrible. I had to sign a notice about smoking in the room but I don’t think from the smell it was enforced. Kept smelling marijuana in the hallway and that ozone spray people use to try to cover cigarette smoke. It was bad.
- 4/5
The property was OK staff was friendly and location was good
- 4/5
Unique- staff like a tv show. Friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
I needed a room for the night in this neighborhood to avoid a commute in the godawful Dallas traffic while I was here, so hotel comfort wasn't a primary consideration for once. The price was right, and the noisy a/c, too-small parking lot, and uninspiring breakfast weren't a surprise; I pretty much knew what I was getting beforehand. That said, the room was clean (except for some noticeable mold on the bottom of the shower curtain) and everything worked. Access to the hotel might be problematic depending on which direction you're coming from. And it's right next to the freeway, but the noise from the a/c covers the constant roar of the traffic.
- 1/5
People at hotel were VERY nice and helpful. Room was small, but clean. TV was too small to enjoy watching from the bed. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi next door woke us up at 5 a m. grounds out back where we had to park were dirty and littered. Breakfast was below average for a free breakfast at a hotel. Would only stay again if absolutely nothing else was available in the area.
- 2/5
This hotel was disgusting. I’m not a near feel, but it was gross. Black gunk (mood?) in bathroom, stained chairs, smelly blankets. They also would not give us extra towels unless we turned ours in. We only had two. They had shampoo but no conditioner. The breakfast was milk, oj, dry muffins, and waffles. The ok was good. The room was super humid and the window was dripping by morning. There was contruction going on. They started cutting tile at 8:40AM. The contruction crew was nice, but the keyed entry door was left open. Anyone could have walked right in. There were burns all over the blankets, but it was a non smoking room. The elevator and entryway always smelled like smoke. The A.C. unit leaked onto the carpet. I didn’t have very high standards, but it just got worse and worse every night. By the last day we didn’t want to sit on the chairs or the bed because it was just so gross.
- 5/5
Property was clean and staff was very nice. Pricing was fair for the stay.
- 5/5
Good service
- 4/5
Sharon was a lifesaver and I'll not forget her kindness and helping me out in a pinch
- 5/5
My stay was one night but it was a good experience
- 3/5
Hotel can improve the front desk. Also new bedding will be good. Ac wall unit not working properly.
