It was great. The only problem we had is that a girl up front stop flirting with my husband making him feel uncomfortable. She even called our room and came up to it acting like we ordered stuff and we didn't. Definitely will be staying again but we'll be talking to the manager next time.

I made reservation for 10/19/2019 in my wedding night and was not gonna be able to check in the at the specific time , so incalled I 7:00pm to try and alert the receptionist but did not answer. I called again at 8:00pm. Than again at 9:00pm. When we arrived to check in which was at 1:40am;after my wedding. I tried to explain to the receptionist Keith that i tried to call to infrom that i woild be late he said it wasnt his problem. I showed him the calls on my phone in call log and said he didn't recieve a call and refused to help me in any way because than he would get in trouble. After he told me to leave or that he would call police when i I wasn't being loud or violent in any way.

The wifi was not working for the majority of my stay. I alerted the front desk three times before I was told a general manager was stepping in to address the issue. It still wasn't working when I checked out. I was traveling for business, so this was a big inconvenience. Also, the front desk staff could not handle my request to consolidate my back-to-back bookings, so that I could stay in the same room both nights. Despite filling out the necessary paperwork and being told at check-in that everything was sorted, I was still called on day two and was asked to vacate my room. The hotel is nice, but as others have stated, it's annoying that there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. I always enjoy my time at Spa Castle, and this time I got a body scrub. However, the staff member shoved a gratuity sheet right in my face while I was still sitting on the table immediately after she finished. This was awkward and not relaxing at all.

Food and drink are overpriced. We brought drinks with us in our bags and left for dinner. Bring your own water, juice etc the minifridge is stocked 3 dollars for a water , 2 dollars for a can of soda. There is a walmart in the same parking lot. The hotel is average the only perk is the spa is down stairs.

Hotel way overpriced. Deluxe room was not what was represented online. NO airbath which was the major selling point for me. No chaise lounge, no dinnerware, no clock, all mentioned/pictured online. Cheap-looking and feeling wood laminate everywhere. Bathroom was nice but fixtures cheap and loose; no hooks in bathing area to hang robe or clothing. Overwhelming chlorine smell in lobby and room, but yet hallways smelled musty. Listing stated "room with view"...view was back parking lot with a dumpster in the middle. Staff was polite and helpful, but the hotel was a major disappointment.

My husband and I always enjoy and appreciate seeing him because he is just one of the nicest people to see at night at the hotel. he does anything he can to make sure he helps you! In addition Jeff is just awesome. My husband and I had the best time due to Jeff always ensuring we have a smooth and easygoing stay. We stay for long periods of time and he is just on it...the manages everything with ease and is constantly looking out for us to make sure we are in good shape. Jeff and Keith are just awesome and makes us feel so comfortable at our home away from home....thank you both so much and One Boutique please never let these guys get away :)

I reserved the executive suite , which had an upstairs with a daybed sitting area, and a bedroom! Overall the room was nice , could be remodeled over in certain places where red spot were on the floor , and maybe retouching in the bath area with stained floor. The only big downfall I had was although my room could sleep up to 4 people , I had 3 other friends that wanted to come to my room to change clothes and they weren’t spending the night. The front desk immediately said they only had 10 mins to get their belongings from my room or they were going to charge an extra $50 for each person that was over 4 max. I explained to him that they weren’t staying the night they were visiting me and basically I asked him I’m not allowed to have visitors in my room and he said NO. If I paid $300+ for a room that I’m letting you know that they are not staying, who are you to tell me that I can’t have a vistor ? I thought that was bogus .

First impression disappointing, check in was really slow, they asked if I had ever been there before, my answer was no. At that point they should have informed me that I could not enter into any of the hotel restaurants without paying the $25 resort fee, they did not. They also could have mentioned that the suit doors open OUT! First hotel that I have ever stayed in that the doors open out. I find out the hard way, after dragging my luggage up to my room, only to have to come back down dragging my luggage to say the key doesn't work! They spend quit a bit of time fussing with the cards, and then assure me that the card "should" work, no mention of the door opening out. I try again to open the door, no luck, silly me! Green light, door must open, not by pushing in as one would think. Finally I pulled on the door, magic, it opened. Could have saved me a lot of grief if the front desk had given me the warning. Room was pretty, bright, and pleasant at first glance. The smell was a little off,,,, slightly musty, further investigation revealed the entire back of the giant tub grouting was black mold! Not impressed. The linens were clean and the bed was comfy. Upon returning the next evening after a day of shopping, lots of bags, my room key had been turned off. Once again, drag all my packages downstairs to the front desk, wait again..... re-key the cards, and back upstairs I go, dragging all my bags, door opens on the first swipe. Room was tidy, but the mold was still there.

The room was fairly nice and comfortable but i couldn't understand why they had a sign in the bathroom that you couldn't flush your paper, very weird and if your going to spend over $200 a night to stay you should be able to flush your paper. It was very inconvenient that you can not!!! Check in until 3pm sharp no sooner so we had to wait an hour and a half to check in our room. That really sucked. But overall it was a nice experience and we had fun.

Had a second floor room, 214 to be specific and there was some sort of vibrating machinery under it that created a continuous low rumble. The floor vibrated and when we first checked in, we didn't think it was that bad, but then realized that the AC fan was on and that it and the TV masked the noise. When it game time to sleep and we turned everything off, the rumble was much more apparent, including making one of the picture frames vibrate against the wall. The same thing with the mirror in the bathroom. These additional vibrations added to the noise and could be temporarily stopped by pressing on or shifting the frame and the mirror. Eventually I had to turn the Fan on again to create white noise to mask the hum/vibrations from everything. If we hadn't been so tired after learning how low the noise was so late, we would have DEFINITELY changed rooms. The rest of the stay was fine, but buyer beware on getting a room near that end of the hall. I expect other rooms had similar or maybe worse(?) vibrations. I can't imagine the hotel doesn't know about this issue and that we got duped.

Although I have no real complaint about the room, I didn’t expect it the place to be in a Korean day spa. I didn’t even know such places existed, which is fine, but it would be better if Expedia had made that clearer. It is not really a hotel in the normal sense of the word.

The outside of the facility is absolutely beautiful; but, our room was just ok. We got the Loft and immediately walked in the room to a puddle of water. Called to have it cleaned up only to find more water shortly after. We discovered the refrigerator was leaking and the upstairs AC was leaking down the mirror, too. Some kind of electrical fixture on the wall appeared to have shorted and burned the wall surrounding it. The only shower is located downstairs and almost requires steps to get into. For over $200 a night + a $100 security deposit that they hold on your card, I probably won't stay here again if I come back to this spa. Spa services were reasonably priced though and staff was very friendly!

However, the time was different. The two towels in my room were dirty. One had black on it like a woman just rubbed off her mascara. The other had brown spots like foundation. The biggest issues I had was the hairdryer. The room comes with a hairdryer. I know because I've stayed here before and the description on any website States the room comes with a hairdryer. My room did not have one. I only noticed this after getting out of the shower. I called housekeeping which didn't answer so then I tried the front desk. After ten minutes of trying the girl answered. I explained the situation and she said the hairdryer are downstairs in the lockers. As in the lockers for the spa. I reiterated that the hairdryers for the hotel rooms are in the lockers downstairs. She ignored my question and said I'll ask and see if someone can bring it up. I waited ten minutes and nothing. So then I get dressed, soaking wet and go downstairs. I talk to another girl and explain the situation. She then calls housekeeping about it while the first girl says she already called someone. After the second girl called and I went back to my room, a dryer was delivered in two minutes. That tells me the first girl did t do anything. Needless to say I will never be staying here again.

Smells awful, rundown and not well kept. Check-in and to and from Spa is a nightmare. There's no way to go to the room and back without checking out and back into the spa area. It's setup worse than I have ever experienced. They try and charge you for every little thing and deposits for the room but you cannot bill spa charges to the room, so still unsure what the room hold is really for.

When we checked in at about 4pm shortly after the lights went out, that was ok it smelled as if something had burned. All the lights in the spa castle locker rooms etc were out the hot tubs weren’t working. Went to the room to bathe and there was no hot water contacted front desk and they said it was because the boiler went out. Next morning got up to take a shower there was still no hot water contacted front desk again told me to wait until manager got in. After waiting for her to get in she had no solution to my problem and was very short and rude. Only said she could compensate me 30% when I hadn’t had hot water my entire stay. She looked at me with a blank stare for several min until I asked her what was the next step to trying to fix the problem. I end up checking out 3 hrs early because I had no hot water and I wanted to shower. She didn’t care if we had water or not hot or cold told me I could shower in the spa. Why would I shower in the spa when I just paid 150 for a room. She was very un pleasant and very unconcerned. Didn’t really matter to her that my guest and I couldn’t bathe.

I have read a lot of comments on regard this hotel and it really is not as bad as people are making it to be. This is a very nice and unique hotel, but not the same as any normal hotel. It has a spa/loft style and the washroom is a very modern style. However, I didn't like how hot and humid and dark the hallways were. I really wish that was changed. Other than that its a nice hotel to stay in once.

I booked a room online for two nights one person. I checked in on Wednesday night. I left for work Thursday morning. When I returned Thursday after work, my room key would not open the door. The lady at the front desk fixed the key. When I returned to my room, an Asian couple was lying in the bed. Imagine both our surprise. Come to find out the person that checked me in rebooked me as two people for one night. These people need better training.

The placement of outlets was a bit of a challenge. The seating area in the loft suite couldn't plug in our laptops, and there was trouble with CPAPs. Otherwise, this place was quite amazing. Still unsure about the sheets situation, but I think that is cultural. Very nice honeymoon.

It was good, unfortunately they have not put effort on keeping the rooms neat so it feels over priced when you stay (ex. glasses missing in tray, desk in room seemed damaged). As for the entertainment, they did not have many channel options. The really good thing about their rooms is how big the bath tubes are.

When i contacted the front desk they said that was normal with so many people. To me this is a deal breaker which makes me so sad because i had planned on staying there for al of my work trips. I had to go down the street and work at Starbucks. Very inconvenient!

Will not be going back. The hotel was very dirty, the sink was almost knocked off the vanity that was chipped away and barely in place. The floor in the “hotel room” was all tile, the bed on the floor, and the shower was not cleaned. I didn’t even end up staying there and went to the Marriott down the street. Very disappointed with the experience. The amusement park lines out the front definitely gave the feeling of concern only for the spa. Very sorry excuse for a “hotel.”

It’s nice being able to have a room when visiting spa castle. It’s expensive for what it is though. The air conditioning wasn’t on and we walked into a hot room. When we turned the air on, the drapes covered it and we couldn’t feel the cold air. Since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room it was okay.. but next time I’ll probably stay somewhere else.

Then there is also the fact that the lights are activated by your room key. Why? And no key/legend to tell which lights to to which buttons so you just have to keep pushing to find out which lights go to which buttons. Then you're lucky if the lights even work. The crooks part comes from them trying to charge my card for removing items from the mini-bar. I had no idea the room even had a mini-bar. If it did, I have no idea where they had it hidden in that strange set up. There hotel staff most likely removed them during cleaning then tried to charge me for the items. Definitely not the money they charged. I will not be staying there again under any circumstances!

The spa was amazing the room was nice but seriously the front desk people basically shaking us down every time we went upstairs to our room was frustrating. We went up to our room to change and relax for a little while planning on going back down to the spa so we didn’t want to close our tab until we were done for the night the girl from the front desk called and made us pay our tab before we could go back in seriously? I didn’t want to ph like 4 times just one big bill at the end please. Nope not an option seriously? You had my card on file what was I going to do? Other than that our stay was perfect.
