Staff was great, room was clean. Our bed was very uncomfortable and the spa did not have any amenities aside from a steam room that was not temperature regulated. Jacuzzi was very small for a resort and over crowded.

Great stay! Great staff! The front desk greeted us warmly. All of the staff at the pool were so nice and helpful. There was a mix up at the restaurant but it was resolved promptly. Did I mention the kids LOVED the pool?

Location Elevator to rooms was a little sketchy, and one was out of order.

The rooms were very clean and The amenities were nice the shuttle to the beach was amazing. The pool was so nice as well. The restaurant on the property was very nice. The staff was very nice except one in the morning staff it was 8:59 and the coffee ended at 9 and he didn't allow me to get coffee he was very rude but overall our stay was great.

We decided half way through our stay to upgrade our room to the ocean view suite and it was the best decision we made. It was absolutely worth it and the views of the ocean and sunset were superb. We absolutely loved our time there and will go back in the near future.

It is a high price hotel near Legoland. The food was So So and they will not deliver to your room. I will travel closer to San Diego for lodging when at Legoland

We tried almost everything on the menu during our 3 day stay and everything was wonderful.

Location, service was great but carpet was dirty (lots of stains)and furniture was old. Needs a big update!

Awesome pool and restaurant Restaurant manager for breakfast Ken was sub par. We had a problem and the server jenai was great and helped us solve our problem but Ken the manager did not approach our table, did not apologize nor even ask how our meal was.

Bath mat or anti-slip strips should be in rooms with bath tubs.
