Great location within walking distance to the beach, with lots of good food options nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and they surprised me by singing happy birthday and even prepared a small cake. The room, bed, and towels didn’t smell very fresh, which made the stay less comfortable. The bed and pillows were also not very comfortable, and the bathroom was not the cleanest or most pleasant to use.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly, the rooms had air conditioning, the food in the restaurant was very good and the shared bathrooms were always clean.

Actually this hostel is really focus on the customer experience, they asked you to give feedback when you check out as a paper questionnaire. This is really good as I can see they do value the guest experience. The vibe and the views are nice, the cafe is great if you wanna chill or social a bit. The bed is amazingly designed, cozy and will furnished. I would definitely return to this hostel if I visit Canggu again!

First off, it is so close to the beach where you can watch the sunset. Literally walking distance! ? Facilities are clean and I love that each bed has a curtain for your privacy. The bed is so comfy and the sheets are well cleaned. They also have an in-house cafe where you can get food plus they have a big pool and a nice jacuzzi in the roof top. There is nothing to unlike in this property to be honest.

I’ve been to Bali many times, but it’s my first time staying at Roommates Hostel. The service is great, especially Risky, he’s really helpful. The rest of the staff are also very nice. The beds are comfortable, and the price is amazing. I’ll definitely be back! The pillow doesnt support the head
