I had memorable stay. The room was spacious with a bathtub to relax and recharge. The resort was peaceful and quiet surrounded by green nature. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Recommended

First of all, the mosquito situation in the villa is horrible. We are from the Philippines and we have the same weather and we are used to mosquitoes but this one was so bad. My baby had 13 mosquito bites. The first day it was only 8 and the next day she woke up with more bites. We stayed in an Airbnb in Ubud before coming here and it was also outdoors with an outdoor shower with several fishponds, plants, and was across rice terraces but my baby did not have insect bites at all. We were all afraid to hangout outside of our rooms cause we were all getting bitten by mosquitoes even during breakfast. Second, the airconditioning of the room is so hot. On our last night my family and I slept with out a blanket and we were sweating. We all wanted to have a good night rest since we have a late flight home but none of us slept well. The power also kept turning off which was hard especially when you’re trying to make the baby take a nap. Third, there is construction everywhere. There is one literally with in the property. It was so loud in the rooms. We can also be seen inside by the construction workers. We shouldve been informed in advance about this earlier. It made the rooms even darker for us cause we couldnt even open the curtain cause we could be seen outside which made getting ready, packing our luggage, and checking for bugs in the bed so much harder. Fourth, we wanted to swim but the pool was dirty. It seemed like it hadnt been cleaned. Even the day beds, common restrooms, and high chair that was provided wasnt cleaned. Fifth, we needed an extra bed for our nanny to stay in our room since we didnt want her to stay in a separate room from us, just to add an additional bed, the management still charged us per night for the extra bed which was really upsetting since we already paid for her stay.

A beautiful building with beautiful furnishings, surrounded by trees and garden. natural materials have been used throughout, this place gave me a really close connection to nature. It looks fantastic and is very Zen. There are plenty of daybeds and cultural furniture around the pool. I liked everything

Construction was happening whilst we were there and it was very noisy.

Great location, quiet and tranquil surroundings (minor construction works ongoing) Wife complained of poor lighting in the bathroom and/or lack of a mirror in the bedroom as natural light was better. Minor issues.

It is such a beautiful resort. The moment you enter you feel calm. The rooms are decorated so elegantly and everything is beautiful. The bathrooms are insta worthy. Best thing is the staff, they are extremely kind and helpful.we rented a scooter thorugh them and had lots of fun exploring. They served afternoon tea which was delicious. The breakfast was also one of the best. We loved this property. And would love to come back. Only one issue was that there were no.cups, plates or spoons and forks in the room which people may need. We asked the butler and he brought them quickly. And the toilet had a flushing issue which should be sorted. Other than that we give it 10/10. Just beautiful and calm. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Such a beautiful resort! The room we stayed in was gorgeous! It was quiet, and out of the way enough to give you a secluded feeling, but close enough to everything you need! The staff were the best thing about our stay! They made the experience incredible, they were so acomodatibg and helpful no matter what we asked. My friend who I travels with was really sick for our entire stay and they made her herbal teas with honey, and sent for a doctor when she needed one. They were always checking in to see how she was doing, and they were also heping me by telling me how to get around and what to do during my time exploring Canggu. I would 100% stay here again when I return! There was some work being done on one of the rooms during our stay, it made the days by the pool a bit noisy, but I don’t really fault them for up keeping the property.

The organization of the beautiful cake, decorations and bubbles added to the specialness of the day. thank you so very much for making our stay such a memorable one. This was an absolute dream of a stay! The rooms are stunning and huge, the location is perfect and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Canggu!!

There was a noise of construction which make you awake.

The staff were so attentive, helpful and friendly. The resort was beautifully looked after we can’t wait to return the next time we visit Canggu! This is a perfect place to stay for couples.

There are constructions around the property, can't even open the windows (room #1). There's no wall between the room and the toilet, so no privacy at all. The yoga is only available at a different property, and there's not shuttle bus to go there.

The resort is very central located but when you enter you don’t hear anything. It’s just you and the nature. Amazing location with an very modern architecture. It is like in the pictures. Dream! That the bathroom had no window. I know it’s common in Bali but with all the insects and mosquitoes I prefer a closed bathroom.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful ? The bathroom is huge! Nice pool with sunlight most of the day. Very helpful staff. Your pre order breakfast the day before - a nice selection, all of which was very tasty. The location is good as it's set back a bit from the business of the street but within around a 30-minute walk to the beach. On the way you will pass many food places too. There are so many lovely places to eat. In the evening we used taxis just so we didn't have to walk. The only negative is that the lighting is very dark in the bathroom which the mirror is - if you're a makeup girly, it's tricky.
