The customer service is top tier. Devi was especially helpful with experiences, cabs, and good to the pool/ rooms. Breakfast box to go was nice. Everyone is warm. Room were cleaned very well. Booking outside trips was easy. The spa services needs work. Old slippers for guests are a nice gesture but looked worn. My room key kept turning off at odd hours. Late hours. Not being able to share rooms so big is a turn off. You should at least be able to have two to a room. The hotel needs to make hotel amenities knowledgeable to the guest early. I did not know we could use the Van to go to the beach until much later in our trip.

The room was spacious. The private pool was great to hangout with. Amenities were great. Staffs are excellent and helpful. The welcome massage was top notch! And there are lots of restaurant and cafes nearby. The path was sandy.

We felt like king and queen from the beginning to the end of our stay at Astera. They really look after you and well. Great villa house with private swimming pool. The shower drainage is a bit weird.
