Rooftop pool, cocktails, service and location are brilliant for a good mix of activities. Breakfast was generous for choice and range, an event on its own. Nothing. Its a fantastic hotel, no large common areas like a resort, but perfect for adults.

Great location, nice rooftop pool and bar with a great ocean view. Good restaurant. The toilet was literally behind the transparent glass like an aquarium - I am not sure what kind of designs are these days, however, this is not very practical for a couple. Saw a cockroach in my room. Minibar was empty. Staff was overly helpful - they call your room every 30 minutes to overexplain why the minibar was empty, or offer a pest control, or ask about the room refresh. This creates a lot of friction - in the 5 star hotel especially for this price, I would expect those minor details to be taken care of in advance and proactively, without calling my room every 30 minutes.

I changed 4 accommodations in 2 weeks, and Holiday inn was the first without any hint on humidity, I slept well indeed

Located Canggu and close to shops and restaurants. Very much worth the price and will go back to stay there next time. The staff are all friendly too. Nothing

Staff 10/10 They need to have a way where you can do a cash advance off your credit cards without having a pin. I did it at several other small shops. If you don’t bring cash to the hotel should have some way to help you out without you having your whole trip be ruined. I think it’s lame. They give excuses about the law, there has to be a way to figure that out. My debit card pinned changed without me knowing and I was in real trouble without having any cash. There was nothing I could do.
