Rooms were big and spacious There is a lot of construction happening and I needed a late check out and they didn’t compromise and so I asked if there was a changing room for pool area and there wasn’t anything which is inconvenient

The location is superb! It is in the middle of all the trendy restaurants and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Will book there everytime i fly to Bali! Anna at the front desk was very hospitable nothing

Spacious and clean room with a beautiful shared lounge. Close to the beach and many cafes and restaurant. Very amazing and friendly staff especially receptionist Anna. Mostly the AC, honestly they were kinda brand new but too small for open space villas and i felt its hot almost everyday ??♂️

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient and added great value to our stay. It was within walking distance to the beach—perfect for watching the sunset and close to markets, restaurants, and other amenities. We arrived early and appreciated being able to leave our bags at the front desk and use the pool facilities while waiting for check-in. Despite being just off the busy main road, the property was very peaceful and quiet. There were two large pools on site, both surrounded by plenty of loungers and daybeds, making it easy to relax and unwind. Our room included access to a shared common space with couches, a TV, and a kitchen. This was a great bonus, especially since our individual room didn’t have a fridge. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to help with anything we needed. The kitchen in the shared space was sparsely stocked and did need some attention, as a few of the drawers were broken and difficult to open.

There are two large pools where you can swim and take nice photos. The room and bathroom are clean.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very good size and the bed was super comfortable.

From the staff, only Ana tried to take care of our problems. We faced a terrible odor in the room: sewage combined with a strong chemical smell. When we tried to complain to the front desk, the employee on duty did not take it seriously. After sending a message to Ana, she convinced him to look into it. The only solution they first offered was aerosol spray. After further complaints, they suggested changing the room the next day, but even that one extra night was unbearable. We left after 2 nights instead of 4, having tried to ventilate the room until the last minute, yet still coughing at night due to lung irritation from the chemicals. Guests staying next to us also complained about the smell, but the staff did nothing.

On Saturdays we could hear music from the nearby hotel, but by 11pm it had died down.

It’s a beautiful hotel with all you need to have a peaceful and comfortable stay, just a few steps the best part of Canggu. The room was super comfortable and the bathtub is a plus. Highly recommended. If you stay at one of the front rooms facing the street, it can get a bit noisy at night. Fortunately, the noise stops at around midnight.

We were in room 3- it was very very loud till all hours of the morning. We could hear everything that was happening outside. The aircon wasn’t the best either.

Not new but clean and comfortable Low water pressure. Entrance out dated no clear sign in front our driver could not find it and the phone number listed on booking did not work

Accessible location. Friendly staff. Generous room size. Comfortable bedding. Amenities in the room were quite rundown - obvious signs of rust and grime in the shower/bath. Lock to the room was filmsy and could feel rather unsafe. Location is great but downside to it is the traffic/crowd noise throughout the night. My biggest gripe is the WiFi - it was extremely unstable and slow.
