Would have been nice to know the pool has been out for months. Like half of the hotel was under construction. Didn’t realize they only come in the room every other day, so had to call for more towels. Good breakfast

When we arrived they did not have a room for us due to construction that was happening. This was despite us calling the night before to confirm our room and having a confirmation number from our booking. The hotel is under construction and they overbooked several nights during the weekend of our booking. Despite us booking our rooms before others in a large group and arriving right at check in they did not have our rooms available and others who arrived later at night did have rooms. The front desk attendant did not know the manager had arranged for us to stay at a different hotel nearby and nobody had informed us. Despite them canceling our stay they then still billed us as a no show. I had to then call and argue that they needed to refund us. Poor management of the situation. Absolutely no communication regarding it. Buyer beware. I would recommend staying somewhere else until they get their construction issue figured out. They did this to other people that same weekend. Your stay may not be guaranteed despite confirmation numbers, and despite calling them ahead of time to confirm.

Location is handy but very noisy because it is between 2 interstates. The pool was being remodeled so that wasn't available. The gal that booked our rooms for the event we attended, had to stay at a competitor next door because of over booking.

Ample parking. Towels exchanged daily, garbage emptied. Pool area is being renovated, and it looks like actual work is being done. Some places we have stayed seemed to be stalled.

I bled a lot. Very frustrating. The manager wasn’t in when I went to the front desk to report it so I spoke to the desk clerk. She was accommodating and got me a bandaid. Also, they were doing construction at the time of the stay, it didn’t hinder us but did create an interesting obstacle. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is older and needs updating. It was farily clean, but my room had a faint odor of pet urine. I was also very disappointed that there was not coffee in the lobby until 6am. I only stay at Hampton Inn when I travel, and the coffee is always on and delicious by 5 am. This Hampton Inn does not compare to the rest. I most likely will not be back.

My room was clean and comfortable, but when I booked, I was not told that part of the hotel is closed for refurbishing, including the workout room.

Room and facilities are dated. There was construction being done so I assume updates are being made. Room was clean and staff was helpful when keys stopped working.
