Staff helped us get checked in right away; they did have some printer issues FYSA in case you need a paper copy of something. Met our needs for an overnight stay.

The reservation process was an absolute nightmare. Tried calling to reservation a one night stay, the system was down so they took our info but never called us back. Had to followup every day for 4days just to make sure we had a room. When we checked in for some odd reason there was still confusion. Without our confirmation number we probably would not have ended up staying.

The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also exceptional with hot options like eggs and sasage. The reservation process was an absolute nightmare. Traveling for sports. Allowed early check in which was great! Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast options and allowed our team to take over the table area for dinner after a long day of play. Appreciate how accommodating the front desk team was!

Disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order for half of our stay. The rooms looked a bit worn.

So response on check in, very hard uncomfortable beds, however the room was nice and clean. We put out the “ do not disturb” sign and they still entered the room. Which makes me feel untrusting….The breakfast was good.

It has recently been renovated. We stayed here in June/2025. It’s very clean, and the king bed we had was very comfortable. The bathroom has a long vanity and a walk in shower which was nicer for us than a shower/bathtub combo. Plenty of nice towels. The breakfast was typical of free breakfasts in other hotels but also had the option of a waffle iron which was better than lukewarm pancakes that are sometimes offered at hotels. The scrambled eggs and coffee were served hot. The people working in the kitchen were very helpful and kept the buffet filled. My husband and I had a very hard time finding a nice hotel that did not allow cats and dogs and were happy to hear that this Fairfield Hotel did not allow animals. I love dogs but don’t want my room smelling like one and don’t want to have to worry about dog or cat hair in the carpet, on the bed or in the bathroom. If that is what you are looking for try this hotel! The only complaint we had was our room had a thin curtain at the window and the heavier curtain didn’t pull across the window. It was stationary on each side of the window. It was a nice, clean look but not functional. It wasn’t a deal breaker though.
