The room is very cozy, bed is comfortable. Restaurant inside the hotel is so good with a delicious local cuisine and mountain view. two type of sauna and not large jacuzzi.

The hotel has great location as we usually stay here for visit Termy Bukovina. There is rich breakfast and great restaurant with local cuisine. The location is very quiet. The parking is now payable. Pillows could be more shaping and harder.

Excellent location if going to the thermal baths in bukowina, few good restaurants and shops around, we rented a car and it is just a few minutes drive from zakopane, beautiful views of the Tatra mountains from our balcony, staff very friendly and helpful. Included was use of the spa with a jacuzzi steam room and sauna which looks to be recently renovated and very clean. Great value for money considering how lovely the hotel is, would definitely go back and would 100% recommend it staying around the zakopane region. Nothing it was perfect for us.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the Tatras. Very easy access everywhere around, to the thermal baths, Zakopane and Morskie Oko. Quite big parking (even if it gets full!). Breakfast was amazing, with a majestic view to the mountains. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very big rooms and comfortable bed. They have a small spa area with jacuzzi and 2 saunas which were perfect after many hours driving. I was expecting a slightly more modern room, but they're not bad in any way. Everything was perfect.

Good location close to the Termy Bukowina; very good breakfast, clean facilities. Good restaurant for dinner. There was a systemic issue with the key card, which was ultimately resolved by providing a physical key for the duration of the stay. Floor -1 is relatively noisy, primarily due to the neighbors, and the noise is exacerbated by the tile floors in the corridor, rather than carpet. The parking fee is 10 PLN per day, which seems unreasonable considering the room rates and the general trend towards complimentary parking in neighboring hotels.
