Thermal baths were massive and lots of fun, breakfast was delicious, there's an option to request a lunch bag which is perfect if you're going hiking No conditioner in the rooms!! For a spa & pool destination the rooms should have body lotion and conditioner for guests. Make sure to bring these to protect your skin & hair.

Overall, it's an excellent place to stay. The thermal baths, both indoor and outdoor, were quite enjoyable and fun. Our 2.5-year-old daughter was absolutely delighted. The rooms were quite clean, and the hotel's logistics were convenient. The food in the restaurants was also quite good. The breakfasts were exceptional, offering a wide variety of dishes. I was dissatisfied with the staff's conduct in the restaurants, such as the main restaurant near the lobby and the pizzeria by the pool. In the lobby-adjacent restaurant, a waitress-in-training acted rudely and unprofessionally, suggesting we move to the bar as it was inconvenient for her to serve us cocktails or ice cream at our table. A similar experience occurred at the pizzeria by the pool, where the waitress's demeanor implied we were unwelcome because it required her to attend to our needs, despite us being the only patrons at the time.

Great value for money, excellent diner like in 5* restaurant, big choice of different foods ? ? Very friendly and polite personal in the restaurant. Free underground parking. Excellent relax in SPA and banias. Very noisy air conditioning fan ?, all pillows were of very bad quality. All these did not help to rest and sleep. Sorry. Missing garbage bin in the room ?

Pools and hotel's vip section. When I arrived I the room, the towel had yellow stains on it, the soap and napkins were finished and not replaced.

It's a very clean, pleasant hotel. We spent one night there, and it was perfect. I am satisfied. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty with a wide variety to choose from. The internet access is a disaster; the wifi is almost unusable. Good quality internet access was only available at certain points in the hotel. There was no internet in the room, only near the door, and even there, only when the door was open.

Comfortable room. Very good food. Attractive spa and treatment. The choice of bread at breakfast was very poor & tasteless. Wine was very expensive in the restaurant.
