The rooms were clean, neat and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering a map of the city and information about the area and sightseeing spots. A safe 10minute walk into the city centre. Free parking offered at the accomodation. The breakfast was excellent the next morning! Would highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and the location - We booked a massage and were later contacted to reschedule the appointment. Although I initially agreed, we ultimately decided to cancel; however, we were unable to obtain a refund. - The massage experience was below expectations, with excessive oil used, and it did not feel professional or based on proper training or technique. - The massage table itself had an unpleasant smell, which also affected the experience. - The bedsheets in the room had an unpleasant odor, as if they had not been properly cleaned or freshly changed. - The pillows and the bed were soft and uncomfortable. - The bathroom appeared old, dusty, and had visible spider webs, indicating poor maintenance and cleaning. - The slippers provided for the spa were broken and not suitable for use. Overall, the room was expensive considering the poor quality, cleanliness, and overall experience. I will recommend to go somewhere else for your sty in Brugge.

The breakfast was delicious. The host was helpful. Located a very short wall from Bruges centre. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Shared lounge area for making tea and coffee and just sitting. Roof garden for sitting out in better weather.

The only positive points were the two person bathtub and the free parking just 10 minutes from the center. What a letdown, avoid at all costs! Nothing was right: the decor was outdated, the minibar had a warm, empty fridge, one of the three roller shutters was completely broken so we were woken up at 8 a.m., the bedding was super soft, and the paint was peeling... As for the breakfast, which was sold to us as great and plentiful, I think they need to go back to the drawing board. You'll eat in a room that looks like a funeral parlor, with very mediocre food. Not to mention we paid €175 a night—a disgrace!

The way they set up the breakfast was unique and individualized. The owners were friendly. The rooms and bathroom could have been cleaner. I thought the bed was way too soft but my daughter liked it. Preference I believe.
