The staff were lovely, the room was fantastic with an unexpected little outside seating area, the bed was enormous and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Great location It would've been nice if there had been a jacuzzi along with the pool

It was clean, staff were really helpful and cheerful, very comfortable bed, interesting layout of corridors, some improvements could be considered such as a kettle but overall pleased and would stay again Lack of kettle for Tea!

From the moment we met the lovely gentleman receptionist, we knew this was the place to be. He provided us with a map and suggestions of places to go, it was brilliant and he was very nice and friendly. There was only one thing that we did not like and it was an area of the floor in our room - that dipped when you walked over it, like the floor board had a hole in it, so we had to cover the area with shoes and walked around it while we there. I informed reception. Something you should have repaired from a health & safety point of view.
