The room was very clean. The cleaning and the breakfast staff are doing really good ob. The location is excellent. The breakfast was very good. The old building gives the Hotel some authenticity in the old city of Bruges. We had 4 beds, 3 were good and one was squeaky and very uncomfortable. One single short fan in the room is not sufficient in hot days. There is construction right in front of the Hotel, so there was noise since early morning. As the hotel is old, we were hearing all the steps of the active guests above! There is no flexibility with (free) late checkout.

The room was comfortable and had a large bathroom. It's a short 2 minute walk to the Markt square, a great location. We enjoyed relaxing in the small garden.

Great location, lovely breakfast, opportunity for parking, and great staff Can’t really complain but we were there in heatwave and with no A/C we had to keep windows open and it was noisy. But really hard to complain when that is rare occurrence

Location Room was outdated, 1 single wardrobe bedside tables were metal, one bent so things slid off. Breakfast was average, not enough seating in breakfast room. Bathroom very small.

Location, close to every single place you should visit in Bruges. The staff extremely friendly and welcoming The room had a musty smell, no view through the window

Brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful, breakfast has a very good selection The room was dirty. There was a female hygiene wrapper left under the bed, and it was very dusty under the double bed. A chair was broken in the corner and collapsed on my daughter.
