One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the stress but try to take that into the back room. There is a water bottle refill station which is nice The rooms themselves are clean. Stairs need help. There is always coffee and hot water in the foyer which is awesome.

Even during their current remodeling, they earned 5 stars!! The upgrades are super and the staff very helpful. I was greeted with an incredibly fresh aroma when I entered the property. Nice touch!!

The breakfast was good. I picked the location due to its proximity to where we were moving from.

Under construction and the dumpster made the whole property stink. But the staff was nice. Pool was great. Great breakfast.

We stay three night and never got room fixed. I talked to frond desk third day and they said their house cleaning crew already left.

Staff was very helpful when I fell in the room. Brought ice and filled out an incident report. That i fell over the refrigerator door right on my face. The cabinet door to the refrigerator opens the opposite way.

Loved it!!! Breakfast was also above the bar. Coffee not weak. Just an amazing experience all the way around.

The front desk staff was helpful and patient. We had a fairly large group, and at times our kids and group gathered in the lobby and it got a little loud. The staff handled it very professionally and politely asked us to keep the noise down when needed. Breakfast was decent overall, although I would have liked to see a few more hot, freshly prepared options.

They were under remodeling, but room was excellent, liked space between bed and tv area, usually most hotels very narrow, breakfast also good. Would stay again, receptionist was great as well.enjoyed it for sure.
