My son and I stayed at the Best Western in BG because we were there for his orientation. The room was very clean, the staff was amazing! And the lighting in the bathroom was perfect. :) I want to recognize a couple people that work there. Renae was doing “extra work” while she could have been lazy and on her phone. Idk the lady’s name, but she was cleaning and refreshing the breakfast on Tuesday morning…she was awesome! I will definitely be staying there again!!! 11 out of 5 stars! :)

This motel is an updated older motel, but very clean. The TV remote requires patience and confusing to use. The AC was uncomfortably noisey and hard to figure out how to control. There should be written instructions on both of these controls. The toilet was functional but not very powerful.

Everything There was some renovation construction, but it was only a very minor inconvenience.

I loved how clean it was. It's one of the cleanest hotels I've been in. Esthetically pleasing once you're on the inside. Front desk were very nice. I wish the pillows were a little more comfortable. Because of lack of neck support, I wound up sleeping on my stomach and I woke up with a stiff lower back.

The room was very clean and had good space. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was very close to campus. There was an unpleasant smell when we first entered the room that did eventually disappear when we turned up the air conditioner. The bed was too firm for my comfort.

Amanda at the front desk was amazing! Breakfast was great, loved the yogurt machine! Location is pretty good (especially Zane's next door!). We only stayed a single night and everything was good

Sheets were so fresh! Mattress was ok, it might need flipped! Complimentary breakfast was excellent!
