This extended stay hotel was very nice and clean. However, there were not enough towels in the room. We had to go get toilet paper because there was no extra rolls in the room. In fact, you had to request everything you needed. If you did not bring your own dishes, pots/pans, cups etc. they had those for sale at the front desk. I had to go buy a hairdryer from Walmart because the room didn’t have one. This was our first time staying at this extended stay so I didn’t know you had to provide those items yourself. Most other extended stay hotels have all these items already in the room. Luckily this was only a one night stay.

Good, clean, relatively quiet room. Full kitchen, but no coffee pot in the room.

Nice property and location. Reason for a lower rating is it was loud, not the guests/people, the hotel itself. For example, the doors are so heavy they all sound like they’re slamming, upstairs “neighbors” footsteps were loud, even the fridge was making a weird buzzing sound. We were in a higher traffic room right by the door to outside/stairwell so it sounded like slamming doors all night. Just if anybody is very sensitive to noise, this may be a bigger negative for a longer stay.

Price was good, booking.com noted breakfast included, this was incorrect and a big letdown the first morning in town. The room itself was clean and large, but remember to bring the small things like paper towels, kleenex, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. The staff looked a little surprised after we went down to ask if they had any conditioner. There was no breakfast included, thanks Booking.com for that letdown.

Staff was amazing and friendly

The room was updated and clean with the exception of the floors. They definitely needed a better clean. Great hotel for the price though.

No kitchen with zero pots, pans, utensils. Broken towel rack when arrivex. Reported but never fixed. Poor access to carts. Pay extra for more towels. Exceptionally noisy guests. TV disconned regularly, must restart. See above. Horrible.

The halls, walkways, floors, elevator, and rooms were filled with animals fur/hair....very disgusting and disappointing. This filthy environment is parasite infested. Very disappointed 😞

The hotel location is great. Right off the Interstate. Room was clean except for a very sticky floor. Rather spartan appearance but it served its purpose. Unfortunately, the floors are wood plank so I was kept awake most of the night by the little brats running around in the room above us. When that finally ended I could hear the couple on the next room's conversation perfectly through the thin walls. As a light sleeper it was a miserable night. Never again.

Room was clean, it was quiet.

It was a no frills place to sleep. Bathroom toilet was clogged but staff offered to move us to another room, we chose to ask for a plunger instead because we had just got settled after a long road trip. I asked for handicap accessible for my needs but was not expecting a bed to 18 inch from the floor. Definitely difficult to get up from if you have bad knees. Not sure if all rooms are like this. Pillows were good. If you are staying for awhile you would like the fridge, microwave and stove top.
