Upon walking into the room we encountered the stench of marijuana. It hit us every time we walked into the room, and until we became "nose blind". The bed was not comfortable. Woke up every morning with a back ache. Place deserves a 1 star rating.

Bugs in the bathroom. I did not use the bathroom to shower or bathe. It was not up to the same standards/updates as the rest of the room.

Only one ice machine and it is always empty

The room was filthy, when I got up the next morning the shower was covered in red hair and what looked like blood. It was disgusting!!! I had to Shower in a while other room.

The hotel price was inflated in price for an event going on. No breakfast was served and the available coffee was like drinking mud. Beds were not comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and plenty of hot water in the shower. Beds were very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

Samantha has made my stay a very pleasant experience, she is an asset to Vette City hotel. If she was to leave I don't think I would return to this place.

When I booked my room, it quoted that there was Outdoor pool and there was not it was indoors and it had to been 200° in there I could not even sit and watch my grandson swim without sweating to death. It was not comfortable at all hotter than outside.
