Staff very friendly, breakfast was lovely, very clean.

The hosts Mandy & Ged were very friendly and welcoming The breakfast staff were very attentive, polite and courteous. Breakfast was amazing which sets you up for the day. The hotel was clean enough and centrally located. The only negative Unfortunately we were placed in room 8 which was a pleasant enough room however one of the double beds was situated next to the door which had water pipes running down. For several hours at night and in the mornings we were awoken with the sound of running water, not ideal with young kids. I would consider placing insulating foam around the pipes and boxing them in to reduce the noise caused by the running water.
