The three-star Hotel Liptakówka is located in Białka Tatrzańska, in the picturesque Tatra Mountains, and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi, two types of saunas and a hot tub. The hotel is simple, but cozy and well-maintained. Our room was in the attic, so it was a bit lacking in height, but overall we had no complaints. The hotel offers all the necessary facilities for skiing (drying rooms, equipment storage). The restaurant is excellent—it exceeded all expectations, and the food quality is outstanding. There is a wide selection at breakfast, even for the most demanding guests. Although some of the staff speak excellent English, there is a lack of information in English in the common areas. This is not a complaint, but rather a recommendation for the hotel :)

The location is great - it's 5 min walking distance from the chairlift. They also serve good breakfast inlcuding scrambled eggs, pancakes with cottage cheese and all sorts of cold cuts and bread selection. Coffee was ok, not too bad. The reception lady was kind of cold, but nothing too unpleasant.

The value of the experience relative to the price was absolutely great! The rooms were comfortable, tidy and stilysh, well equipped and with a small balcony. The breakfast was astonishing - it was better than in some 5* hotels in the UK that I attended. The choice was great and every preference was covered. The hotel is very close (~500m) to the Kotelnica ski resort, which allows for a huge time saving during skiing season. Communication with the waiting staff in the restaurant wasn't easy: they forgot part of our order, when asked for the bill, they brought it to another table, etc. Nothing major but could've been smoother. I was woken in the middle of the night by other guests returning from party - whilst that is clearly not the hotel's fault, noise isolation could be better.

First time visiting Poland, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful with advice regarding location of attractions in the area. Hotel has a good spa area, spa, jacuzzi etc. Good location for the ski lifts, with the nearest being a gentle 10 min stroll.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was perfect for both skiing and hiking, making it an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts.Highly recommend!" Wish there was more hot food for breakfast.

Great location in centre of resort with supermarket and other shops neighbouring. 5 minute walk to the slopes; handy ski lockers at hotel. No apparent maid service (no bed making/bed linen change during our stay, no fresh towels, no clean cups in room) 4 nights))
