The room key was not available when we first checked in. The indoor pool was out of order. The bathroom floor was dirty with dead bugs behind the toilet.

I booked through Expedia which may have contributed to our problem. We mistakenly booked a room for June 12. Booked as non-refundable to save money. Realized the mistake and called back to change the reservation to the 13th and were told we couldn't cancel the 12th, so we went ahead and booked for the 13th. When we didn't show for June 12, they canceled our room on June 13 and DIDN'T HAVE A ROOM FOR US when we arrived. We had to make a last minute booking somewhere else. So, we paid for 2 nights, didn't get to stay the night we wanted, and they booked the room to someone else. I had better get a refund out of this somehow!

I’ve stayed at Spark hotels before and have always been very satisfied. The only thing I would say about this one it is a bit of an older hotel whereas the others I’ve been in looked totally brand new.

The breakfast was cereal, and that's about it. There was no hot food, no meat, eggs, etc. You got cereal, a muffin, or toast, pretty plain Jane.

Not a bad hotel at all I have stayed here 2 times, Is it going to blow your socks off No, but is it a nice Clean affordable hotel where you need to sleep for the night Yes!!.
